“通常人们在重新贷款时，应该尽量避免在星期五（或节假日的前一天）close。
如果贷款星期五close的话，closing agent整理文件并办理相关的手续，新贷款通常要
到下一个工作日即星期一才能funding。这样一来，新lender从新贷款的closing date
的后一天（即星期六）开始计算利息，而原来lender的利息要收到新贷款的
fundingdate即星期一。贷款申请人就会为周末两天（或节假日）付出双份的利息。所
以说refinance时应尽量避免在星期五（或节假日的前一 天）close，或尽量避免在星
期一（或节假日后的第一天）funding。网上常有些人将星期五close和星期一funding
搞混淆，特此科普一 下。”
我发现与我的经验不符。首先，在closing date 和disburse date 之间有3天 right

点funding拿，银行funding之后escrow公司实际收到钱却要等几个小时. 我们假设
escrow下午1点收到钱好了，那么，他们必须在收到最后一笔款子（您银行的funding）
之后的24小时之内完成disbursement和recording. Disbursement是指escrow公司把所
有收到的钱拆开，然后该给谁的给谁，比如卖家得多少多少，保险公司得多少多少，
HOA得多少多少，他们自己留多少多少.Disbursement完成之后，就是最后一个环节

date是指银行funding之后escrow公司把钱给卖家的日子，有的州签字，放款和
disburse是同一天，所以closing date就是disbursement date，至于有rent back的合
同，最好让disbursement date与合同规定的日子是同一天，准确的按合同来。 |

么会是下面哪种情况？

2－escrow发现没有balance due，于是不再disburse，到年度escrow analysis的时候
给我refund；

现在有一个问题，我们和律师签的合约是办I 140和 485。 其中 140 分三次交钱，
485拿到后再交一次钱。
办 I -140期间发现律师不是很负责，除了要钱其他都很拖拉，而且准备的材料错误
百出，连名字和性别都会搞错，来来回回拖了很久才把材料准备好
，所以不太想跟他打交道了。 提交 I140之前，问律师说，我们想自己办485，后面485
的钱是不是就不用交了，他口头同意了。
1-140批下来以后，去给律师送 I-140尾款的时候，又提了一遍这个事，这次律师说不
行，我们可以自己办，不过钱也要照付，因为合同里包括了485的款项, 不管我们要不
要他准备 485，都要把 485 过后的那笔钱给他。
回来仔细看了一下合约，
I -140 办材料前交一次，递交之前交一次，approve后交一次
485 approve 后交一次
貌似 485那笔钱并没有写清楚是不是要帮我们办 485，只是 approve了就交
不过我们的 aggrement里有一句话

000 cars the EPA says had overstated mileage claims (car companies typically
send the mileage numbers, based on computation, to the EPA). It’s a huge
PR loss for the company after all the cheerleading they did over the fact
