现在收到progressive的信，说

XXXXX.Specifically, our record indicate that your policy canceled on 12/26/
11, for non-payment. Therefore, the handing of this is being conducted under
a reservation of rights.
Any action taken to date, or any action we take in the future, to
investigate, explore settlement, or defend a lawsuit arising out of the
above-captioned claim should not be de deemed an admission of coverage under
policy number XXXXXX issued by progressive county mutual insurance company.
这意思是不认账了？可我的policy是早上0点开始，事故是16个小时后发生的啊！
付上billing record, 有些词不太懂，不知道write off 还有renew with lapse有什么
特别
时间上是比较危险，已经受到血的教训了，大家就以我的经验为戒，千万不要把事情拖
到最后一刻来做。
我的问题是，这种情况下保险公司能赖账吗？

installment都是自动付钱的，只要保险公司弄清楚你没有作假骗取保险费，应该可以
处理的，不然起诉他们

该在这两周内出事也应该会cover的，有coupon为证。
但我们在到期的当天换了一家保险公司，所以对我们来说没啥关系了。

今天对方打电话过来说问题都解决了，只是按规定要发这样的信（BS!),后来做了
research发现我的policy没问题， we are on the same page,blabla.
感觉在美国遇到这种事不能怕麻烦，一定要据理力争！
