to see how many pull-ups, dips and push-ups I can still do straight. The
result was disappointing:
pull-ups: 12 straight (It was 20.)
dips: 20 straight (It was 35.)
push-ups: 50 straight (It was 80.)
This is a wake-up call for me. I plan to go back to shape at the end of this
summer.
Anyone can share your information with me?
By the way, I really don't think weight-lifting is a good idea. Some bulky

Scenario #1, the ball lands relatively short, you hit it on the rise (before
it bounces higher than your shoulder).

特别是冬天，而且经常跑local的。
先看coolant是不是被混了，颜色有没有变浑浊，有没有沉淀物。coolant液面下降，是
可能漏coolant了，但coolant可能漏的地方很多。
再不放心，就去换个engine oil，看看放出来的engine oil是不是也是乳白的。 |

按照youtube上面的Video, 把touareg的前后badge和grill都喷黑了. 远看效果还行.
最费时间的在于在coat之前的等待时间, 其实taping和spray的时间都还好. 然后还有
就是一定要至少4层coat以上, 不然撕的时候很困难. |

现有时候早上起来check，dip上凝结的油比较重一点容易看清，问题是比如刚换好油，
suppose你要turn on引擎，看看漏不漏油然后再check level，这时候根本没法冷车）
，擦来擦去，光照，都不是
best solution，而且有些new oil的颜色非常非常淡，接近透明，比如mobil1的，不过
老外论坛上有几个建设性意见应该有点用。
again，very poor design，这个问题没有抬到桌面上来是因为大多数人给别人换油，
换的人根本不care给你加的多了一点还是少了一点，而且大多数人也没有一个月check
一次的习惯。 |

能坚持。而且这“疯抢”的条件也是“低个几万”，这不是dip的趋势难道是上涨的趋

2000年价格是中期底部，这几年在这个版我一直如此宣传，也给出了很多专家的研究参
考比如t2partner的报告、mish、peter schiff、case shiller等等。
我的观点很简单也很清晰：现在是买方市场。买方市场是什么意思？就是房价在降，供
大于求。对于有需求的同学，要强调的就是砍价，我从来没有强调“等待”，等待是为
了更好的价格而非被动地单纯地等待。
一再强调的2000年价格是衡量供需两方面之后的现实砍价目标（1921年或1931年明显不
现实）。我相信这个砍价建议除了agent之外，买房的同学没有表示不舒服的。每个地

去了两家店 价格都更新了 结果却很不一样
A卡还需要$4.02 我买了color burst ($7)加上enamel ($3.99) 出了6+3eb
B卡还需要$5.02 买了同样的东西 只出了3eb 更奇怪的是limit被reset了
revlon, spend 15 get 6 eb显示还需要花8刀 怎么会不出eb 反而5.02变成8了？
唯一的区别是B卡小儿先扫了货再扫卡的
