pull-ups: 12 straight (It was 20.)
dips: 20 straight (It was 35.)
push-ups: 50 straight (It was 80.)
This is a wake-up call for me. I plan to go back to shape at the end of this
summer.
Anyone can share your information with me?
By the way, I really don't think weight-lifting is a good idea. Some bulky

I try the pull-ups on the machine with resistance helper. I can do about 6~8
with my old weight (15 years ago). So it maybe just because I am getting

good strength exercises. They will not make you bulky but instead supertoned
. By weight-lifting, I mean lifting huge dumbbells, etc.

I was trained in an atheletic school, very few people can do 47 pull-ups
straight at that time. I asked several special force soldiers, them can do
70-100 pull-ups straight. But these guys do more than 500 pull-ups a day.
However, if you had special training, that's a another story.

3分还是5分。那哥们巨标准地拉了快50个,每次都是身体不晃放到底,最后是老师喊他

For push-ups I do 40-60 per set, a couple sets, before going to bed. These

marine training is kind of tough. Pull up is just a very small part of
marine training. If you combine many factor like the training on high
speed boat thing, then you know it would be hard to many people who
haven't been exposed to a full cocktail of sports training when they
were kids.
