Anyway, I have eaten too much today. My old neighbor had 50th anniversary
celebration today. Their daughter invited us had a nice long lunch today,
finished at 4PM. After we got home, we went to our community picnic, and ate

8/7: 没到一个月整,但又到生理周期了, 就再记一下.
这个月吃得和前面差不多,但最多只又降了两磅,到142LB. 两个月共掉8磅,150->142.
希望到月底至少再减2磅.
有个症状,不知和少吃碳水有没有关系, 就是我近两个月时常会有一阵胸闷,象有股压力
从胸口顶到嗓子眼,再冲到太阳穴,头发晕发涨. 我打电话给大夫,每次他都叫我去急诊,
第二次电话后我就去了,结果也没查出啥来. 我没觉得饿,但也会是血糖太低引起的吗?
急诊时查的血象里的糖是正常的. 还有我近来睡觉也不好,睡四,五个小时就醒.

实也就是想现在开始减，也许近三个月能看出点效果。不然，我去年回国，见得人更多
，怎么也没为了面子去减。
主要数据是：年龄４０＋，身高１米６３，体重１５０－１５５磅，骨架大，肩宽腿粗

威。12月7号正是目前为止最冷的一天，零下8度...船上装了一个燃气火炉，外加两个
电暖气，搞得房间里温暖如春。
没带大相机，卡片机拍摄，夜间拍摄行驶中的船，很难，曝光时间太长，船已经走远了。

顺便再说几个小地方：
1、我们发现在高速上隔一长段没有加油站的时候，如果是快进城市了最先出现的那个加油站基本上是最贵的，接下来的出口会便宜一些，最多有便宜4毛。
2、我们每天的行程基本上都和GPS给出的时间差不多，很顺利，只有快到LV和LV的时候会堵车，I-40，AR、TX和OK限速是70，NM和AZ是75，我们一般都开到限速或者再多个5-10mi，还能省出加油的时间。
3、我们被警察叔叔拦过两回，一次是12月25日，一次是1月1日，看来美国警察假日也不休啊！

为了不被说成托，姐隐去店名好了。大X和小X都号称是川菜馆，都在本版被炒的沸沸扬
扬，且都以咸而著称。大X的优势一是新，大家都有些好奇，二是似乎结合了湘菜，吸引
