Ingredients
1 (1/4-ounce) package dry active yeast
1 cup warm water, about 110 degrees F
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup milk, scalded but cooled to warm
4 ounces melted butter, plus 2 ounces
5 cups flour, plus more, as needed
6 -cup, 3-inch muffin tin pan
Directions
In a standing mixing bowl with dough hook, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let
sit until
lightly foamy, then stir in sugar and add egg, salt, warm milk, and 4 ounces
of butter.

只是在几个方子里，都提到这个因素。
第一次dinner roll，温度太高了，面包很硬。
以前作奶酪面包，没注意这个问题，在室温加的。
揉面是，就没觉得有那种噼噼噼噼酵母冒泡的声音。
总之，这样似乎酵母很活跃。 |

组分
一包 d r y active yeast
1 杯 温水，约 110
1/2 杯 糖
1 个鸡蛋 打好
2 tsn. 盐
1 杯牛奶，热至冒泡，然后降回110 F 左右
4 oz 溶解 的黄油，如果是棒形黄油，刚好一条。
5 杯面粉
容器选择3-寸直径的muffin tin pan
作法：
在kitchen Aid 的搅拌碗里，放好dough hook，放酵母和温水。
静置直至foamy。
然后我就打开搅拌机至1 档，
依次加入糖，蛋，盐，温牛奶，
和一根同样先化好又降回温温感觉的butter。
慢慢加入5杯面粉。
这里可能要多加些面。评判标准是能成一个面团。
混好后，在面板上揉5 分钟。
然后，找只大碗，四壁用黄油grease。湿巾，温湿处发面。
直到面团发至两倍大。约耗一小时。
面团发好，切小块。
每个揉成约1 寸宽的小面团。
在muffin pan四壁稍微摸点油，每个muffin 孔里放三个小球。
上盖湿巾，再醒30 min.
预热oven到425。
dinner roll上稍抹些黄油，入炉。10-15 分钟即可。 |

GRADUATION PARTY，哭的个稀里哗啦，还好是夏天， 后来拎到院子里玩就好了。这次
肯定全室内的，而且是小规模聚会，人不会太多。希望表现好点!
有经验的妈妈说说要带些什么去呢？
目前自己想到的：
１。白天让他多睡点，因为PARTY ７点才正式开始。（不过这个问题不大，他只要一
兴奋，玩到９－１０点是常有的事）
２。估计要自带HIGH CHAIR去，朋友家没孩子。
３。带点他吃的蔬菜，小圈圈什么的。
４。带玩具？不知道该带什么玩具比较好呢？总不能搬很多去吧。
还有什么要补充和注意的吗？ |

我自己想到的是看了一圈，发现很多店都有Pre-cooked的Meal套餐，就是一只Turkey加
上各种传统Sides，都搞好了，买回来按照说明热一下就好了，这个最方便。问题是这
个套餐里的Turkey有10-13磅，这哪吃得完，而且也不是很好吃。想问一下大家都怎么

不想烤，可以去deli买turkey breast 。
小孩子看重是气氛吧，稍微布置一下，桌布碟子买一些应节的，一次性的也行！
