好像把这个版当成了一个舞文弄墨、泛点小资情调的地方，希望版主们不介意。

小城郊外一家普通得不能再普通的diner，元旦之后第一个星期日的清晨。
三四十个座位的餐厅里，只有我一个为生计而奔波的外乡人
和一个刚刚赶来上班的年轻女店员，衬托着窗外星星点点的残雪，更显出几分冷清。
那个小店员，也是个在中西部大农村里再常见不过的小家碧玉，大约不过十八九岁，
圆圆的脸，笑盈盈的眼睛，微胖的身材，白皙的肤色，配一头颜色略深的金发。
送来我点的早餐之后，自己也找了张桌子坐下，匆匆忙忙地吃起一份几乎一模一样的早
餐：
sausages, bacon strips, scrambled egg, hash brown, toast, 加上diner里面千篇
一律、
谈不上好也谈不上坏的咖啡。
门外刚刚走进来的老太太，看上去和到处养老院里的千百个老妇人没什么两样，
面色灰白，目光凝滞，步履蹒跚，只是臂弯里像抱婴儿一样搂着一叠厚厚的报纸，
给人的印象平添了几分神经质。浑浊的双眼在店堂里扫视一圈，

昨天在whole foods里面买东西，whole foods有那种salad bar，自己盛到碗里称重量
收费，然后坐在外面的diner吃的那种，我不知道大家熟悉不。
salad bar那边有一个专门的check out的lane，上面写的是express，因为大多数从这
边出来的都只有salad之类的几样东西，立刻就吃的。我从这里check out的时候，黑人
收银员和前面两个顾客聊天，聊了很久我都在等，后来又有别的顾客排在我后面，大家
都不耐烦了，发出Gosh的声音。我觉得收银员要么prioritize，要么叫人来开放另外的
几条lane。可是她都没有。最终聊完之后，check out我的时候，她竟然说 You are

trains in china are great - you should try fast train at least once. if you
have tie for one day trip you can use fast train to ho to Suzhou or Hangzhou
, if not just take maglev from airport. Check on the website as in some
hours it goes faster! standar speed is 300km/h.

到了其它反歧视法案之上。如果这个法案通过，其他历史上曾经通过的各种反歧视法案
将变成一纸空文。任何公司都将可以援引宗教自由在雇佣，租房，服务业等等领域公然
进行歧视。和Kansas, Tennessee, South Dekota的类似提案不同的是，AZ和GA
的提案都没有提到LGBT，这也意味着其破坏性更大，这个法案将允许种族歧视，性别歧
视，等等。

我的直覺是這樣的法案即便過了，也堅持不了多久，
如果到了高院，是必定要吃敗仗的。
第一修正案確實保證了言論，集會，宗教自由，
但第一修正案的公民人權自由從來都不是無限制的。
的確是給喬治亞的立法機構丟人啊。。。
