Background: 去年因为各种原因，麦地有点萧条，作为申请人不见好贴心里不免焦虑。
就在此环境中，几位既往study partner组了个pathology iv group。宗旨：此群不练
习iv，只用于定期交流各pg面试情况。
Material and Method: skype group, 不定期组会。
Result: 小组共15名成员，8名match path，4名match IM。
Conclusion: 虽然当年麦地求助无门，却发现4～7年前各位前辈热心的面经分享，受益
无穷，给面试增添不少信心。遂鼓动小组全体成员，独乐乐不如众乐乐，为2015申请
path童鞋鼓鼓气。

约时，也不是为了皈依，只是看它的文学性。看来这样研究佛教是研究不出来了。
这本书，我先让图书馆去买。这个Vipassana Meditation，用physical的呼吸等，去控
制mental的anger/unrest，和一般用思想控制行为的做法正好相反，呵呵，不过两者应
该是相辅相成的。稍微quibble一下：我总不习惯didactic的语气，比如：你们都在
suffer，你们都应该怎样，你们都不应该怎样。我看金刚经时也不习惯，比如：我的话
是至高真理，你们都要崇拜它。呵呵如有冒犯，抱歉了。
另外，我本来是从革命、牺牲这些文学主题，看到佛教中的自我牺牲；以前和人讨论过
，像谭嗣同那样明明可以逃生，非得自己求死，是否必要。谭嗣同的佛学依据是成道以
后回向人间，为众生舍身。鲁迅是认为这种牺牲是白牺牲。可能都是各人自己的选择了
，没法做价值判断的。只是我以前一直想找个说法，呵呵；现在放弃了。

医学教育，住院医生培训体制和学位制度的改革，医疗改革就解决不了合格的医疗人才
从哪里来的问题。没有合格的医疗人才就不可能有医生社会地位和收入的提高。中国整
体医疗水平低下是一个世界范围内没有争议的问题。而这一问题又和高等医学教育，住
院医生培训体制和学位制度息息相关。这也导致了对外国医生准入门栏极低（甚至没有
语言关），和美国形成了鲜明对比。
本人借丁香园的平台， 对比中美两国体制，希望能够激起广大医学同仁的积极讨论。
并希望最后由文笔好的同仁总结成一篇论文样的文章，呈交给人大等部门。希望能广泛

I noticed since I did my USCE in California I got more interviews in
California. (If you get one on California minus well get your California
Letter.) I recommend trying to do USCE in 2 different places to spread your
influence. Perhaps it would be a good idea to do it in New York as it is IMG
friendly.
When you do your USCE try and seek out as many opportunities you can. Be on

i can tell u is that, everyone works VERY hard, long hours, no complaints

of didactic course, which means taking classes. For the last year, you have
to do rotations, in which you experience different practice settings. The
rotations are mandatory and are coordinated by the school. Internship is
what every you do during your spare time. |
