It caught my eyes because Barbara raised a very interesting point telling
depressed people that "it's OK to be depressed". I really like this idea '

住就能停下来
但是大多数人不知道，连着踩几脚没停下来，想要继续却因为刹车过热刹车效率下降停
不下来
像这种一跑一个多小时的最后还是有机会挽回的
但是如果在本地路上，没有空间的话只能自求多福了
不过丰田每个车型还真有brake failure的投诉，就是一脚踩到底完全无效
好不容易路边停下拖到dealer查不出任何问题，结果就是遇到第二次，第三次，总有一

么不好，就是觉得活着没什么意思。当然也别惹我，否则很容易发火的说。
不是说忙人没有depression，而是depression的时候人不会想干任何事情。我开始没有
意识到是depression，倒是每星期去找医生看，反正身体也是，这也不舒服，那也不舒
服。也计划休假休息一下。后来随着确诊，就开始休息。差不多一个月以后才有所恢复。
西医治疗药物其实并不理想，用药的机理都是假设出来的。中医有些方法，我觉得lz老
婆如果没有那么严重，不妨试试中医。不管怎么说，一定要多管齐下，想办法改善这个
情况！

着重提一下人际关系吧。
1. 进科室前的准备。
1） 临床知识。进科室前曾经和位老先生请教过读书的事。 他建议看Board Review
一类较好。 里面的内容都是对美国医生要求掌握的， 将来考执照方正也要看。可以考
虑看MKSAP16, 将来考执照也看这套书。这套书就是挺贵。可以从头读， 也可以遇到啥
病读啥病， 没遇到的就多看几遍。
还有其它书， 比如Pocket Medicine, Washington Manual, 这些也都挺好。
对于离开临床挺长时间的同学， 可以考虑先看Hutchison’s Clinical Methods. 英国
作者。 类似于《诊断学》， 是一本很好的为临床打基础的书。 从中可以很系统地认
识各大类疾病。 自己感觉以前为了考试， 尤其Step2/3, 读的是复习大纲， 另外做题

to 9, 0 is "not depressed at all", 9 is "very very depressed"..
One problem is I can't seem to find a good indep variable to be associated

助。e1206很明显的有serious suicidal thought,30多个回帖没几个是正经安慰的，大
部分还讨论怎样commit suicide. 如果这个俱乐部里的人都是因为有depression的原因
加入的话，应该都能理解depressed的时候那种无助和悲伤。
本人是万年潜水王，多年的clinical depression，当初想加入D_supportgroup就是想
在某一时刻实在撑不下的时候可以有个地方说说，不过现在看来这一条路是行不通的。
我不知道大家加入D_SupportGroup都什么目的，是真的想得到帮助，还是想无病呻吟，
还是来看热闹的。
如果e1206是灌水的话，我无话可说（我不会骂人）。如果e1206真的是depressed的话
，那活着总有希望，可以看医生，可以跟朋友家人倾述，总之，这世上还有人关心你的
