股票delist，不代表债券default，两房的债券都是有房子做抵押的，就是亏也不会全
亏。
美国政府要delist二房，是为了彻底改革二房，如果二房还是上市，需要股东同意和披
露，下市了就可以关起门来干。
给美国政府一万个胆子，也不敢default二房的债券，5万亿的债券大部分在美国人自己
手里，养老基金等等，大家都是算作cash放在银行里的，要是default了，立刻美国有
一半的银行就要倒闭的。
这些隔着太平洋的民科瞎操心就算了，你们这些北美wsn起什么哄啊？ |

本甩卖让利中国消费者，一个月内烧光几千亿，然后宣布破产，连回购的1分钱都省了。
阿里，百度，拼多多这样的公司，服务器架起来代码一复制分分钟就出来替代品。NIO
这种更是垃圾，还没delist就已经烧掉200亿了。 |

也知道尽量不要碰shortsale,但看看这个价格的优势还是不免动心,大家知道怎么拿
shortsale的希望大些吗?(建议full cash offer的就算了,这个价格的房子偶不可能
full cash offer,多付些首付是可能的,但多付到百分之多少一般希望会大些呢? )

发帖数: 16603 | 18 一般股票刚被delist的时候，通常有panic sale，然后会死猫跳。。
慢慢能量消耗了，量也小了，幅度也小了，逐渐就死寂了。
而有故事的股票，好比Wamu和雷曼，有law suit告别的银行要资产，这种情况随着诉讼
的进展有时候会有大幅度的回弹。wamu从4分涨到过78分，leh也有类似的飙升。
FNM/FRE只是delist，还没有破产，而且会有很多很多后续故事，重新
list也不是不可能。两房不管在哪个市场，都是很特殊的。不过要记住，commonstock
永远是食物链的最底层。不管两房以后怎么走，你手里的common未必值钱未必还存在。 |

发帖数: 3763 | 21 昨天上午来晚了，等到一打开电脑的时候，FNM已经是0.44了。当时都不知道发生什么
事了，赶紧读新闻，才知道两房要DELIST了。然后，又研究了一下DELIST究竟是怎么一
回事。发现就是要转到OTC里面交易，并不是破产。决定想割肉，但是毕竟0.4X的价位
太低了，如果要割肉的话，损失太大（俺是0.95的平均成本），于是只能等着，看看有
没有回弹，然后找机会撤退。结果，下午竟然拉起来了，一度涨到了0.62/0.63的价位
，又等了一会儿，看到在0.60-0.61左右徘徊了很一会儿，估计向上突破已经很困难了
，加上已经到了快收盘半个小时了，于是，在0.58左右，悲壮的割了肉。
割肉后，在0.56的价位，又反手烧了3000股。今天早上一看，已经0.44了，赶紧COVER
了。也算是一个小小的弥补吧。

Because if their stock had been valued at less than one dollar for more than
30 days, they are facing a NASDAQ delisting. With in 180 days, they must
keep SHZ above one dollar for at least 10 days.
Therefore, SHZ above one dollar for a short term is a must. |

other times, you have to wait for the company to complete the delisting
process to maximize your return.
For example, TLB was good for you to sell at $2.75 before it was delisted.
While GU is good for you to wait 10 more days to receive $1.6 tender price.

In a filing with the SEC on Wednesday, KaloBios announced that its interim

I did not found that one of my stock was delisted [be baught by other with
cash]
until recently. The stock was delisted in 2007 and the broker did not send
me the
tax information due to my frequent home moving.
Now I'd like to report this finacial loss. What should I do?
File 1040X to amend my tax to account that stock loss for year 2007?
Or can I just including that captial loss in year 2009?

发帖数: 1318 | 43 WK. MSJ也白菜价了？5000 sqft, $300/ft? 不过Fremont的坏处是高端房子不多，有
钱的人不去。 到南湾也不太方便。值不值不说，这个房子看着很ugly。 外面bulky,
里面基本上搞得是多套群居，适合中国穷人，老印老莫，一边自己住，一边赚钱的理念。
在中国agent眼里，这是小黑屋变成了大黑屋，是极品deal.

期望值提高的让人发笑的地步. 当然ASKING PRICE不合理,主要是LISTING AGENT的责任
.有的LISTING AGENT为了竞争揽生意,对SELLER说"我能把这个房子卖多少多少...",结
果错过了时机.
3-4月前CASTRO VALLEY的FIVE CANYON有个中国人卖房子.LISTING AGENT忽悠能卖多少
钱.结果把ASKING PRICE要的很高,好象77-78W.现在我找不到那个贴子了, 标题好象是"
好房子要推荐".
当时的市场正热的冒油,我泼了点凉水,结果被人反驳"我这个AGENT估价有问题".其实如
果ASKING PRICE放到其它竞争对手的范围附近, 72-73W,按当时的市场,只要有BID WAR,
价格肯定能上76-77W,没准上78W.结果要价近78W,没人OFFER,一个月后DELIST/RELIST,
还是没人OFFER,一个多月后,又LIST一回,结果悲剧了.现在房子DELIST了.

数据如实显示，存在后期Manipulating。
Relist可以把Days On Market清零，但是不会去掉上一次List的历史。
这个房子的历史就正常得多：
