看到消息说delist，吓了一跳，赶快在1.7卖了，本来还打算长期持有了呢 |

ordeal. Foreclosed in “good economy". 以后十年的湾区房市的潮流是到处都会有
foreclosure的房子，好区也不例外。买房的人个个都想翻翻。房市不涨，好区的房子
也扛不住。
砍了四十万以后走得很快。

也没想自己长住，所以我想如果有问题应该没有修理过。
而且有的房子foreclosure sold之后再正常卖的价钱比foreclosure买进的价钱还低。
看到好几个房子都是这样，不懂这里面有些什么道理，也不知道这样的房子买了会不会
有很多麻烦。
下面三个例子，这三个房子看起来的性价比都挺吸引人的。

redfin的网络管理人listing agent的电话，也是公司电话，那公司就是他自己开的，
是𠆤不知名的很小的公司，可是打过去没人接，只有一次接，是list了, 第二
天就delist, 人说太多人要买这房了，说因为有人没有约就去看房子，还把后面窗子弄
破了，主人报警，所以暂时delist, 可能过两天就relist，我当吋忘了问他手机，可过
了很久都没有relist，我其间打了很多电话可没有人接，只有一次有个像秘书的人接，
还不告
诉我listing agent的手机，后来看到网上又list 后马上delist了两次，觉得还不知道
这房卖不卖，就没有等下去，又听说short sale 本来就难搞，很多人抢最后说不定卖
得也贵。现在想想自己当时应该找到公司的地址走一次，一定要和listing agent 说上
话，搞清
楚究意是在干什么。大家说得有道理，多半是内部消化，凭什么好的deal给我，不过自
己没有尽力是有懊悔，如果尽力了，不可能的东西没有拿到就没什么难过了... 阅读全帖 |

们知道谁才是老大，好让他们在乖乖配合政府。
花街估计不服吧。会不会把两房搞回1块以上，就是满足exchange的要求了，到时到底
delist还是不delist呢，也掌政府的嘴。
总之因为二房的特殊性，这和一般股票去OTC大不一样哈。。。 |

我是说ANIP公司和管理者比较忽悠人。
我是BPAX的股东，亏损超过90%。我曾和这个ANIP的CEO也就是原来BPAX通过电话，不曾
有深入的了解。
但是知道一点他们的操作非常的不地道，BPAX差不多要DeList，最后没有办法只好收购
一个小公司改了代号。
其他的事情，建议你们自己要适当地做点调查和分析，这个很有必要，尤其是对长线投
资的朋友。

Same fraud. NEWL CEO get all the company.
Just remember, Drys CEO hold 7900 special shares, each one can convert to

On June 15, 2010, China North East Petroleum Holdings Limited (the "Company"
) received notice from NYSE Amex LLC ("AMEX") that AMEX has accepted the
