I'll pay the previous year unless a) cashflow is critical, b) you expect
profit for the second year to deline or have huge deductions to take to
offset the amount.
I don't believe obama will raise 09 tax due to the economy situation. Money

PWD和广告应该是紧密相连的。 你在pw申请的时候加入的条件越多，prevailinhg wage
就有可能会高。 如果你在pw里面没有提到的，基本就不能作为deline candidate的原
因。

是你得全面的训练，上身，下身，胸，腹，背等。你自己可能看不出来，但是，你的老
朋友，尤其是你训练时的这几个月没见过你的会突然发现你变壮了。
重量必须要大，要冲击极限（别受伤），争取每组都做6-8reps到fail（不包括深蹲和
死提）。
哑铃卧推不是非常必要三个角度在同一天面面俱到。因为虽然胸肌还有力量，但是你的
手臂可能已经疲劳了。我觉得你可以试试练胸日就只进行flat bench，然后水平和
inclined的fly。至于deline的，你可以选另外一天进行dip或者负重dip。然后另选一
天进行shoulder press（哑铃，坐姿）。这样一来你的胸肌上下沿，甚至肩膀都练到了。
我觉得你饮食可以试试光吃鸡胸和蔬菜，少量的米饭，连吃一个月试试，呵呵。对控制
肥肉还是很管用的。 |

minutes after getting two consecutive wins from Fed.
