富过度就变成了对special interest group的纵容。比如过去四年拿food stamps的人
从26million增加到46million，第二季度有246，000的新人申请到残疾人福利，而只有
225，000的人找到新工作。两党的政策各有利弊，但是在现在经济低迷的时候，我觉得
鼓励business的政策更合适。举个例子，Illinois是财政状况第二差的州（仅好于CA),
民主党州长把income tax增加了67%，corporate tax增加到9.5%，结果很多business都
跑到别的州去了，导致deficit更多了。
另外cut deficit当然很重要，别的不说，如果没有合适的政策出来，年底有可能触发
自动强制削减开支的法案，对经济打击会很大。要削减赤字，要增加收入，并削减政府
