Also, South Dakota didn't get disabled by the shells from Kirishima. It
suffered an electric failures due to a problem with switchboard. It
received 26 hits in the battle and withdrew because of fire. |

让人挺诧异的。印象中Oklahoma与New York相比，好似仍旧停留在石器时代，不过查了
下近期各州同婚支持率，Okalahoma以35%Vs55%力压29%Vs71%的Utha一筹。所以既然法
官可以推翻Utha的同婚禁令，自然也可以推翻Okalahoma的。
看数据的时候，发现咱德州的同婚支持率居然比New Mexico和Wisconsin还要高，去年1
月的支持率是48%Vs48%，今年的数据应该会更乐观。咱西部大农村也离解放不远了！

浅蓝包括：PA(20), MN(10), CT(7), OR(7), NM(5)
浅红包括：GA(16), AZ(11), TN(11), MO(10), KY(8)
虽说以上是浅蓝和浅红州，但基本大局已定。双方差距在6%到12%之间波动，候选人不
会在这些州浪费时间和精力。

美国众议院为美国国会两院之一，另一院为参议院。美国每一州以人口为基准在众议院
中行使代表权，但各州至少有一名议员。院内议员总数经法律定额为435名。众议员一
任两年。众议院主席（the Speaker）直译为[众议院议长]。
宪法中唯一规定众议院人数的条款是，选民比例不可多于每三万人一名议员代表。依在
1911年通过的Public Law 62-5，众议院席次定额为435席。其数量曾在1959年短暂增为
437席，以反应新增的阿拉斯加与夏威夷两州，但于四年后恢复为435席。
有权选出多于一名众议员的州须分割选区，各区选出一名议员。选区重划于每次人口普
查之后进行，而在两次普查之间允许各州修订选区界线，每州都可自订其选区。有些州
由不具党派色彩者负责其程序，另有一些州由州议会来进行。最高法院与“Wesberry v
. Sanders”一案中明定不规则选区划分（malapportionment）违宪，各选区内之人口
数须约略相同。

导的北美国和民主党领导的南美国。
共和党设立的标准是：
1.黑人人口不超过10%，西裔不超25%。
2.大部分选民要拥护共和党领导。
根据2011年人口统计，美国符合第一条标准的州有25个。根据2012年大选，在这25个州
里面，进一步符合第二条标准的有以下13个州：
ALASKA
IDAHO
INDIANA
KANSAS
KENTUCKY
MONTANA
NEBRASKA
NORTH DAKOTA
OKLAHOMA
SOUTH DAKOTA
UTAH
WEST VIRGINIA
WYOMING
虽然这些州的人口不多，经济不发达。但共和党抱着宁缺勿滥的原则，不再争取其他州
的加入。共和党相信，通过自己的不懈努力，一定会在若干年后超越由民主党领导的南
