很明显两个cut off dates的目的是让排队中的海量阿三140们早点享用filing 485的附
属benifits 比如ead和ap等。但别忘记了被vb左右的除了485还有cp，cp本来就没有ead
和ap等附属benefits，搞出两个cut off dates来怎么操作？
更多的是fb类型的绿卡，如果一部分eb绿卡搞出两个cut off dates来，那么fb呢，是
不是也要搞两个日子？ |

将来进门的那个cut-off是不受额度限制的，唯一的限制是USCIS处理能力。
这是不是硬性限制，是软性的，有努力推动的空间。

前天早上去上班,在一个路口要右转,碰到红灯,前面车也不多,有八九辆的样子,于是就
从右拐到有几个小店的一小片商业区里穿过去,上到我右转的路上,然后马上就有一辆警
车从后边追上来,给了我一张ticket,是Cut across prohibited property,上面没写罚
金金额,只是写了出庭日期.这种罚单出庭的话有赢的可能吗?能不能说当时我拐进去是
想去店里买点东西带去公司里当午饭,但又临时改变主意了,所以就直接穿过那个小商业
区上路了.以前早上上班在那条路上也见过好几次有人被警察pull over的,以前还以为
大概是因为超速,现在才明白应该大多都是因为Cut across prohibited property.

四月开始bulk 俩月涨到184 为了beach time决定再cut一些 到现在176
训练和饮食都不够合理 不够狠 所以每次都感觉是muscle/fat 50/50%的在长和掉 纠结
可能会再继续cut一段时间 管住嘴把腹肌弄出来 到九月再开始bulk
手臂最头疼 怎么练和吃都变化不大 二头始终没有特别隆起的状态 不知道是不是因
为我骨架小的原因
所以也请教下牛人怎么把手臂练饱满 |

oatmeal有三种，instant的，热水一冲就好，old fashioned，是压扁的，一片一片的
，steel
cut的，就是把oat切成几块，煮出来既creamy又有嚼头，很好吃，而且有丰富的可溶和
不可溶
fiber。
而且，很方便做。
1. 1 cup steel cut oat + 4 cup water，煮开一会儿（<1 min）
2. 关火，盖盖子闷一会儿（到oat吸满了水，水几乎看不到了）
3. 小火，不时搅一下，几分钟就好
可以做一大锅，每次吃的时候盛出来一点，微波一下就好了。可以加牛奶，红糖，葡萄
干，or 咸菜，
or whatever you want，也可以什么都不加。 |

慢速肌肉保有为主的cut
时间7周，42天。中间有一周出差（算上前后准备），暴饮暴食。所以时间上如果
没有这个波折，应该按照30~35天计算（回来以后花了一周才回到出差前的体重）
从上到下重要性排序
1.weightlifting，非常重要，一定要保持最大重量。可以降sets和reps。但是最大
重量尽可能保持。
2.nutrition. calories 入不敷出是肯定的了。保证身体磅数乘1 克的每日蛋白摄取
尽可能杜绝所有简单碳水。仍然要用少食多餐的原则，一天分5~7顿（蛋白粉的话
也算一餐）
3.aerobics，不要push心率，最好不要超过170（因人而异），时间最好一次性40min
以上
体重 bodyfat% lean mass

豆腐青菜海鲜汤。第二天还好，煮青菜鸡腿，卤牛肉胡萝卜。第三天有点熬不住，日式

又吃的煮青菜加炖鸡腿。结果。。 下午吃了两块巧克力。
cut的这几天，depress极了，晚上下车直接奔进mall, 冲着KFC就去了，三个炸鸡，一
包薯条，一包汽水，吃完心情大好，也不那么depress 了。是不是因为我之前cut太狠
了憋的爆发了？
