spending increase. Romney's response was only denying the $5T tax cut. But

前天早上去上班,在一个路口要右转,碰到红灯,前面车也不多,有八九辆的样子,于是就
从右拐到有几个小店的一小片商业区里穿过去,上到我右转的路上,然后马上就有一辆警车从后边追上来,给了我一张ticket,是Cut across prohibited property,上面没写罚金金额,只是写了出庭日期.这种罚单出庭的话有赢的可能吗?能不能说当时我拐进去是想去店里买点东西带去公司里当午饭,但又临时改变主意了,所以就直接穿过那个小商业区上路了.以前早上上班在那条路上也见过好几次有人被警察pull over的,以前还以为大概是因为超速,现在才明白应该大多都是因为Cut across prohibited property.

但是拍了很长的队，我心里着急，看到左手边有一个饭店，在快速路上也有入口，想绕
开队伍，所以等排到那个饭店的入口时，就左转进了饭店，刚开到饭店的快速路入口，
就有一个警察骑了小摩托来。
罚了154，ticket上说是avoiding a traffic control device(cutting corners)
觉得有点重，你们说出庭有希望减免吗？

是还是没有完全躲开，这个明显就是前车有责任，就算人家领头，也没有明显低于限速
开，既然后车想超车，那就必须确认超车时没有危险，像这样近距离cut in，你不觉得
有问题就罢了，还来教训人家，有毛病吧

开车要学会判断，楼主的case，用脚趾头都会想出来皮卡肯定要并道的，至于快点cut
in还是慢点cut in，看楼主憋了别人多久。
如果我在中道，左边超过去一个车子，如果我前面有n大空间，并且超过我车子的后面
也有一皮卡逼得近，我的确会防备it换我道上。如果他就是为了赶路而超过我，我

应该够了。我最惊险一次是双黄线超一大货车，超之前看了下对面距离，很远，超时发
现，这货车真TMD长啊，真TMD的长啊，完全超出我预估了，我猛踩油门，对面车也靠近
了，然后猛滴我，最后我终于超过去了。后来就不干这事了。太危险。
我还干过一件挺缺德的事，盘山路，上山，双黄线，后面一破jeep要超我，我当时开个
跑车，他超我时，我十分不爽，我就加速和他并行往前开，他急坏了，猛滴我。滴我，
我也不让。反正车子平行着开，就算他撞过来我也不怕，我这边靠山，他那边靠悬崖。
并行了10秒后，我当时还是让了。后来想想，这么干还是危险太大，害人害己啊，不过
上山爬坡，一破SUV没事超啥跑车啊，我自认开的很快，完全超过限速了。这都是10几
年前的事情了，事实证明，年轻人容易冲动，大家开车还是小心点，因为你不知道旁边
那个开车的是啥脾气。

不打灯换道的太常见了，而且通常我都有一种直觉左右两边的车哪个要CUT-OFF，所以
当他们很近的CUTOFF时，比如75-80mph,在我前面3-5米cutoff,我一点都不奇怪，反而

现在在准备回国签证材料,问HR签证申请表上应该填写I-797上的salary还是cut后的
salary.
HR说不能减工资，除非申请重新H1B.老板知道后决定补给我减掉的工资，我听说要出示
６个月的paycheck,但是我的前5个月的paycheck显示的是cut后的monthly
salary, 只有最后一个月会显示(I-797上的monthly salary + 补给我的过去几个月的
工资).
请问
1. 这种情况会被拒签吗?这样算做我的I-797无效吗?
2. 还是补上工资就没事，或者补上工资本身不符合规定？

从目前公布的消息来看trump的 2018 fiscal year的budget会增加军费，基础建设投资
，保持social security和medicare不变，同时总预算不超过obama时期的预算来确保不
增加债务。另外，trump还要有100亿的预算来修墙。因为军费本来就是大头所以增加10
% （大概增加540亿）需要其它部门削减更大比例的费用。
首当其冲的应该是EPA,能源部，国际关系，等不能直接带来经济效益的部门，可能会
cut 30%.
NIH比NSF应该更不受trump待见，而且NIH的budget比NSF多几倍，所以可能会cut 10%以
上, NSF可能会减少或不变，因为科技还是能带来利润。NASA可能会维持不变或减少。
所以以后应该把注意力放到申请DOD的项目上，因为他们会增加预算。
