也是因为从时间地点和对方情况看，没有危险。停下来，他害怕了，就可以开车撞旁观

我准备H1B回国签证. 请教一个问题.
老板减了我的工资 (我当时不知道H1B不可以减工资).
现在在准备回国签证材料,问HR签证申请表上应该填写I-797上的salary还是cut后的
salary.
HR说不能减工资，除非申请重新H1B.老板知道后决定补给我减掉的工资，我听说要出示
６个月的paycheck,但是我的前5个月的paycheck显示的是cut后的monthly
salary, 只有最后一个月会显示(I-797上的monthly salary + 补给我的过去几个月的
工资).
请问
1. 这种情况会被拒签吗?这样算做我的I-797无效吗?
2. 还是补上工资就没事，或者补上工资本身不符合规定？

老板说要cut时间到75%， HR 说75%是保留所有单位benefits的最低限度，75%还被单位
认为是"Full Time"。 但这个cut对485有什么影响么? 会不会在ＰＤ到了的时候被认
为没有 USCIS 认为的Full Time employment了？
有谁有这方面的经验和建议么？

个日期，所以就开始问律师应该准备些什么，心想3月1号就可以提交485申请了，可是
律师跟我说体检有效期是1年叫我等到PD current再去准备。难道到了3月这个表还会变
？新的表B不就是可以提交485的时间吗？

其实两党的共同target是一致的, 就是中产,
只不过揩油的是老黑还是老犹/土豪上面有分歧而以.
一个要加税, 盯着就是中产, 人buffet不到17%的税率, 加不了多少, 更别提美国很多
的巨富的主要收入根本不是来自payroll, 投资回报也有免税umbrella.
一个要砍支出, 砍什么? 砍Social security & Medicare. 尼玛, 那是劳动人民自己的
血汗钱, 本来就是平均税率了, 对中低打工族不利, 然后还是注定破产, 现在半被迫的
给baby boomers买单已经不爽了, 好不如容易有个2%的cut. 谁还能指望一个现在已经
声明将来只能75%给付的一个fund. 结果还要砍.
以前就碰见唐人街打工挣cash的偷渡客, 人全cash买房, 夫妻俩一人3000的cash 收入.

year is sept 2, BD between 09/03-12/02, TK class(Transional Kindergarten).
But not every school in a district has TK, maybe your homeschool dont have
TK and you have to go another school for TK, then go back to home school for

department reprogramming.
我那时侯人品比较好，reprogramming没有收费，cut收了20左右，最终花费小于60.
直接找Dealer配lexus key的话，可能需要$250左右. |

into my crab ring net by itself. It couldn’t get out. I went to ranger
station and asked them for help. Since she couldn't take the lingcod out
from the net, she cut the net of my crabbing ring. That crab ring is about
$40 at store. :(
It is hard for poor people to get some seafood from pier. Now my net is cut
when I didn’t do anything wrong.
That fish is about 3-4lbs. I never get that big fish in my life. |

in Florida. Those are the results of cancelling the space shuttle program.
So government cut is coming and there is no such a thing as secure job with
federal government any more. EPA, Department of Education, USDA, HHS (FDA
and NIH) will all get cuts. |
