现在除cut cap balance之外所有的法案都只是cut spending, 并不能cut deficit.不
管是之前的十年cut 4T,还是现在的十年cut 1-2T, 最终的结果还是继续增加债务,只不
过增幅减缓而已.现在美国按照目前奥八的spending level,一年大概增加1T.
最混淆视听的是就算通过cut spending法案,不管DEM or GOP的,顶多也就本届国会只剩
下的FY2012起作用, 对以后的国会并没有强力约束作用.他们会有很多方法避开,最简单
的就是这减了,别的地方再加回来.
只有balanced budget amendment 才能一劳永逸的解决问题.就算这个通过了,也只是意

In 2010, DEM said 'let cut tax for people who made < 250K only", REP said no
and tax for people who made > 250K must be included.
Then DEM said "let cut tax for all for two years+ pay roll tax cut for one
year". REP said OK. This was the comprise.
Now DEM said "let extend the pay roll tax cut for another year". REP said NO

厂的IR cut 换成了天文专用的IR cut。这样的配置跟红外摄影没半毛钱关系，相反红
外部分block得挺彻底的。有人要问天体摄影用的IR cut特别在什么地方呢，主要是红
外截止的地方很sharp，普通的IR cut就是缓缓的截下来。其实主要就是为了红端那几
个常用的谱线，比如 H alpha，改或不改IR cut filter，谱线透过率差2~3倍，相当可
观。这个也是坛子里面常说的天文改机。 |

你会发现
你复制文件的话，是copy "文件名"
选中两个以上文件，是copy n items, n=文件数
Paste的时候也是类似情况。
Windows Explorer则永远是Cut Paste Copy不会变的。
Windows Explorer的cut和copy上下挨着，我也想知道怎么才能enable把他们分开。
苹果为什么这样设计？
Finder的Edit>Cut对于文件名是有效的
这就说明了我之前解释的
苹果的设计逻辑就是，文件和文件夹是不可以cut的，Text是可以cut的。
Mac OS Classic的关闭按钮在左边，最大化最小化在右边，我觉得很好。
OS X改成放到一起，我就觉得很不好，就像Windows里cut copy挨着，总是有一定概率
点错选错的。
从苹果对menu的文字单复数变化等等就可以看出苹果设计这些都是经过深思熟虑的
去掉一些功能，并不是疏忽，而是有理由的设计。
反正不用第三方的软件，或者自己做applescript, automator script是没法cut files

最初，federal需要减少2.2 trillion的赤字，其中1 trillion的spending cut已经落
实了，现在需要讨论剩下的1.2 trillion spending cut，于是整了个12人的supper
committee来讨论具体如何落实，其中有些提案涉及到要砍GME的钱，因此有了前几天的
那个帖子号召大家给议员写信保护GME funding。如今这个supper committee没有能在
deadline之前给出一个具体的计划，因此across-the-board cuts将于2013年自动启动
。这个across-the-board cuts类似于将包括国防在内的所有spending地毯式地cut，但
据说medicare（GME funding的来源）的cut不会超过2％，而且“the cuts to
Medicare are limited to hospitals and other medical providers and would not
