外资进入中国当用美金换了人民币后，美金就属于中国资产，不再属于外资商，难道外
商既拥有兑换后的人民币又拥有他拿来兑换的美金？ 有这么脑残的理论吗？
央行唯一要注意的是，外汇储备不能全都用去投资或者买东西，要留一定数额美金做外
贸周转，还有一定数额美元以维持人民币和美金的可兑换，防止别人挤兑人民币和美元
之间的兑换， 只要留下这些必要数额的美元，其余的外汇储备尽可以拿来买资源人才
武器科技或者做投资之用。
回收外汇占款人民币又多种方式， 直接的方式可以购买外国物资，在中国出售，人民
币就收回来了，不是说非要等到收回同等人民币才可以动用这笔美元。
而且以外汇储备增发人民币这个过程本身并不造成货币超发和人民币通货膨胀，这是一

If you want to attend that school, you have to be qualified. The
qualification is defined by the rules/regulations of the school district.
In this case apparently one of the requirements is the custodian of the
student has to be the resident of the district.

加免管理费。
小公司盘不够， institutional的funds都未必给，弄一堆advisor funds加1%进去，再
收你每年0.5%管理费！
：小公司的plan一样可以很好，虽然费用可能高一点点。我见过十几个人的小公司的
plan一样很好。

我觉得中国现在应该由教育部统一制定一个专门的中英词汇表，对一些专门名词统一英
语翻译，比如各种奖励（三好学生、各种奖学金，名誉称号等等），教职员职称职务等
等，这样比较严肃。。。不像现在大家随便来。。。
台湾还是比较规范的，比如台大专门有个词汇表：
國立臺灣大學人員職稱類中英雙語詞彙

(a) I had mice (for biological experiments). They went to the same corner--
then side of the box, if the corner was not cleaned quickly enough*--
farthest from where they slept.
Custodians cleaned bedding twice a week. Afterwards, mice were euphoric,
playing with the new bedding.
(b) I learn from you litter box for hamster. I wonder how it is trained.

on your 403b custodian. some have a sweeping account that just holds the
money w/o buying funds. some, you can buy money marking funds (almost no
gain now but unlikely any loss). it seems you bought some mutual funds of
stocks at the FA's recommendation. you can exchange it for money market. but
be cautious. it may not be wise now to cash out. but no one knows. I have a
big chunk put in 10/2007 at the very top but I am |

你convert成Roth时才交税，有可能如果你是non-resident
他们会强迫30% withholding，但现在你401(k)或者IRA
custodian应该不知道你是NR而不会预扣。
注意如果你file as NR，因为没有standard deduction，
不交税的只有personal exemptions。
2010的conversion可以分到2011 2012两年里保，这样可以
一次多转点。 |
