跑了一段时间又有几个问题，还请大家不吝赐教。
1. 我跑步目的主要是为了控制体重和提高心肺功能。也不算太胖吧，BMI22左右。
绝对没有打算跑个半马啥的野心，耐力天生不行呀。现在基本每隔一天跑一次，一次2K
– 2.5K而已。速度大约是9分钟/英里。请问维持这样的量，速度能达到控制体重和提
高心肺功能的目的么？是否需要卖个检测心率的东西？我看班上总提这个东东。
2. 前一年跑步的时候没有注意strike，听了板上的建议就顺其自然了。基本是脚跟
先落地。前些日子看了一个美国小哥的视频，说是走路才是后跟先落地，跑步应该前脚
掌先着地。要像个弹簧一样云云。于是就开始尝试着学他的姿势，一个星期以后也适应
了。但是觉得原来的一双鞋（Nike Pegasus 29）不舒服了。这个鞋是不是就不是为前
脚掌着地设计的？另外一双 （NB N2 1080）感觉还好。

发帖数: 2112 | 3 最近除了TB老毛病，膝盖是新的limit，一是膝盖本身是薄弱环节，二是跑姿还不够好
，脚掌、小腿等部位的潜力没有挖掘出来。
1) 自己总结了一个口诀：
降低重心，后脚发力，仰首挺胸，提高步频，内侧前脚掌着地。
这个口诀等将来慢慢展开讨论，希望能够慢慢提高技术。
2) 升级了一些装备：
2-1) Adizero takumi跑鞋，和之前的普通Adipure跑鞋、Asics GT-2000比，有飞起来
的感觉。但是还没跑半马以上距离，不敢确定>20km情况下是否省力。鞋店有定位5h、
4h、3h的跑鞋，Asics的shoes chart也很有参考意义，基本上5h的跑鞋cushion厚，3h
的薄。现在我的GT-2000算5h跑鞋，减震好，但是速度慢；Adizero算4h跑鞋，cushion
比GT-2000薄，减震还不错，就看自己膝盖承受能力。准备再入一双3h的跑鞋，尝试短
距离tempo或interval时用。
2-2) 买了轻装短裤和T-shirt，重量都<100g，感觉相当不错。
2-3) 买了一条紧身basic内裤，感觉很给力。能减缓TB疼痛，同时协助收腹，提升大腿

发帖数: 2112 | 4 我个人感觉你这个有跑步膝（长期不当跑姿积累导致）的倾向，不单单是一次上跑步机
的后果。建议：
1）耐心修养一段时间（积累性的伤痛和突发性的不太一样，好得慢），心急吃不了热
豆腐。
2）研究一下跑姿（尽量减轻膝盖负担；个人感觉高步频是核心，一定要坚持），一本
万利（好的跑姿保证能跑一辈子）。
3）加强大腿、核心等部位的力量练习（这些不仅直接减轻膝盖负担，同时能在跑步时
提高整个身体的稳定性，从而间接减低膝盖负担），围魏救赵。
4）换cushion厚的跑鞋（增加触地时的缓冲），然后慢慢过渡到薄cushion跑鞋。

我个人的理解：一般跑者，随着里程增加，身体素质增强，基本会从开始追求cushion
厚、缓冲好的初级鞋慢慢过渡到cushion薄、鞋底偏硬的比赛鞋。
我觉得boost材料（和类似的减震材料）是商家的嚼头，是迎合懒人心态的炒作，并不
神奇。一般添加boost材料的跑鞋：
1）不耐穿；
2）鞋底容易变型，从而影响身体平衡；
3）贵。
买boost材料的鞋，还不如买和自己脚掌贴合好（足弓支撑恰当、鞋宽合适）的鞋。最
重要的是：注意你的跑姿！跑姿不好，给你装一双弹簧腿，你照样还是会受伤，是不断
的受伤！

后来我在硬地上打当然膝盖还是有些感觉。
最近打球不是很多，体重也因为控制饮食和做有氧运动减轻一些，
所以觉得正在好转。
现在硬地中等强度打3小时，发球不是很多或者不用全力的话，一般没有问题。
上周末因故改到clay场地打，2个小时后膝盖就有感觉，好在及时收手，但是后来其实
又打了多场羽毛球，不过室内木板硬地，居然膝盖不大碍，稍微有些感觉，过了两天就
好了。
今天去硬地一共打了3小时15分钟，膝盖还没有感觉。
然后我问我们的clinic教练，说不是说clay对膝关节损伤小么，为啥我觉得好像相反呢
。他说，很多人有我这样的感觉，当时旁边一个女的也说，她老公也和我一样的。
另外就是，很多人说跑步机保护膝盖，比路跑好，因为有cushion。但是我路跑8，
9mile膝盖没问题，但是跑步机每天3mile，连续3，4天膝盖就不成了。
这两个是巧合么？还是我膝盖不喜欢软的，有cushion的？ |

她的书都是quote的study，据说好多跑鞋公司号称的一些保护膝盖啥的feature在study
里反而是有害的
这个还有一个方面可以说说
neverend同学也是逛自行车版的，你知道自行车座位怎么样才能保护PP吗？对了，不是
那种带软垫的，而是小小的硬硬的那种昨晚，你去看环法，有没有一个运动员骑车坐那
种带cushion的座位？ 0！
所以很多东西和人的common sense都是反着的

人体和鞋接触最紧密的就是脚底。
闲着没事给大家科普一下鞋垫:(其他部分什么真皮假皮这lining那lining都是扯淡。现
在的合成材料透气性舒适度完全可以超过真皮)
普通的EVA鞋垫，透气性是最差的，最普通最generic运动鞋的里面拿出来， 像一整块
注塑成型的塑胶那种，就是EVA， EVA历史悠久，应用范围很广,20快的杂牌鞋到几百的
篮球鞋里都有EVA,因为成本极低，一般厂商在上面贴合一层稍微decent一点的布料或者
假皮就可以给人鞋很高级的感觉。比如Converse经典的Jack Purcell,就是一层厚厚的
EVA， 是这个经典鞋款的败笔。 至于EVA的优点，除了成本低之外几乎一无是处，
cushion不错但是时间长了就失去弹性了。
相信大家都见过超市里卖的那种零售的透明样子的Dr.scholls鞋垫，这个我们一般叫做

100,000xg 左右）离心3个小时，然后分层取出来测量。
如果不想一开始就做这么精细的话，也可以先低速离心除去细胞碎片，然后直接用15%
sucrose作为cushion离心一个小时后取沉淀物（主要就是核糖体）来测蛋白含量。
