发帖数: 644 | 1 如题。每天在跑步机上只跑2mile，想换双比较正规点的跑步鞋，现在穿的就是随便在
walmart买的双便宜的运动鞋，不晓得适合不适合，反正目前好像也没啥特别的感觉。
我去过专业店里，店员用那种放地上的尺测过我的脚，说是low arch，但是给我推荐的
鞋又都是cushioning的。我看版上帖子说，cushioning是对under-pronation的脚，low
arch应该是over-pronation。我的鞋子又确实是外侧磨得稍微快点，连高跟鞋穿久了
都是超外侧斜，但是我又确实足弓有点平，不是高高拱起的那种。但这两种情况都不是
很严重，就是鞋子稍微有点斜，足弓稍微有点平。所以我才觉得奇怪。
他推荐的cushioning的鞋子，一款Brooks的Adrenaline GTS 10；另一款是NB的WR883。
第一个问题是：我到底是哪种脚型？我自己看帖子介绍，又觉得不严重的平足弓是不是
穿stability比较合适呢？
第二个问题是：店员推荐的都是100刀朝上的鞋子，觉得小贵啊。而且一般有deal的鞋
子都是NB,NIKE和ADIDAS等，BROOKS等专业鞋好像很少有deal。请帮 |

底那条筋会疼，
后来发现是这个原因。
不过，对于这个cushion，我平时训练穿旧的多威（cushion相对减弱很多），比赛的时
候穿新鞋，感
觉有一点cushion还是很有帮助的，因为比赛的pace快些，pounding也相对重些。
另外，50几年前光脚拿马拉松冠军的历史今天可能无法重演，合适的跑鞋还是对今天的
比赛场地，这样
接近2小时的pace，有一定帮助的吧。曾经在路边观看这里的马拉松比赛，参赛的黑人
选手虽然不是能
够拿大赛冠军，但是成绩也是2:10以内的，这些人跑过的时候，可以明显的听见他们的
脚步声还是挺大

发帖数: 4444 | 3 看了一下759，好像是758之后的。我有758，当时是看中它是cushion买的，其实
cushion很软，只能支持<6M. 前脚掌部分很薄，但这个也可以认为是好事。
另外，我现在很反感脚后跟厚厚的那些鞋，footlocker上对759地描述也挺搞笑“
provides optimal cushioning and a smooth transition on heel strike”。
总的来讲759没什么大坏处，脚后跟不是特别厚，就是太贵了。 |

我会有脚掌酸疼的现象，尤其是刚刚换一双新鞋的时候。突然一下子改变了landing的
cushion，会造成脚掌外侧酸痛。
应对办法：换一双cushion稍微厚一点的鞋，慢跑几天；换回cushion比较薄的，跑几天
。如此轮换，可以康复。 |

The point of debate is whether cushioned shoes messes up the running form by

33系列的cushion，前后都有的只有3中，excel，neo，和一个无比重的。
blur33只有后掌cushion，fore没有。
blur33的前后高度差是比较低的，我不记得具体多少，好像是5.
nimbus是full function的，前后cushion都有。
如果你是fore strike，我觉得不太适合。
BTW，neo 33我不是特别喜欢，flexibility比较差，前章不容易弯。 |

环境：45F,水泥路,Hattori（G/B）
历时：2:13:34
路程 14.53 迈
心跳（avg）：146bpm
速度: 9:11per mi
热量消耗：1636cal。
总算对的起WR10了，在上面跑了500迈。退休了。换上偶最喜欢的hattori开跑。黑色鞋
面绿色底，上面大概有个50迈左右，目标也是跑到500迈换新鞋。因为换鞋了，先走了
半圈感觉一下，然后换上短裤，晚上9点半掐表开始跑，hattori明显轻多了，腿脚也显
得灵敏许多，不知不觉的心里高兴，心率就上去了，跑了5迈才发现过了145了，想想算
了，偶尔一次不压抑自己心率了吧。于是让它彪到160，然后在慢慢回来，跑完平时的
12迈，一点不累就又多跑了3迈。看看时间实在太晚，小孩还换尿片吃奶了，于是回家
了。
WR10 500迈，退休了。

让美国来了个minimalist鞋的热潮，代表就是VFF五指鞋，没有cushion,
没有鞋跟,理由是原始人几百万年来也从来不穿鞋跑步...
后来因为穿这个极简鞋的人受伤的也不少，现在鞋厂又开始生产些过渡鞋，
就是cushion比传统鞋少些，heel to toe drop在4mm-8mm之间..
总体感觉，跑步新手可能还是适合cushion多，heel to toe drop多点
的传统鞋，毕竟腿上没啥肌肉，落地产生的几倍于体重的冲击，就会直接
冲击膝盖，跟腱等等位置...
跑多了的老手，腿已经练得跟马腿一样，再穿minimalist/racing flats
更容易适应一些，也不容易受伤... |

发帖数: 770 | 16 去local店，买了一双 saucony 的 Men's Cortana 2。 跑了一段时间，发现右脚大脚
趾一直受伤，感觉好像是cushion不够。左脚一直没事。
我脚外侧有点磨，应该买cushion support的鞋（local鞋垫老板说的）。去local鞋店
试的时候，就saucony Men's Cortana 2稍微舒服点。现在发现这个鞋也不行啊。
各位跑神，跑仙，跑友给推荐一双鞋啊。要求：轻，鞋底不要高，cushion稍微多点的。

因为cushion好 推倒不出 不受伤。相反的，现在流行的简约鞋和barefoot running，
把受伤的责任推到因为有cushion。
我建议楼主keep open mind，试试光脚，试试薄底鞋NB M730，试试厚底鞋asics gel
nimbus15，在跑步机上，让自己腿脚决定走啥样的路线，不是你的大脑，而是让你身体
腿脚告诉你那个类型的鞋你不会受伤。 |

通跑鞋滞重不少。看起来像是nyc3的cushion太厚了，在180步频下反弹不够快，反而拖
泥带水了。当时买的时候店员看我是菜鸟，推荐了这款，看来不够好。我觉得cushion
厚的适合步频低的选手，步频高脚力好的估计需要薄底鞋。不知这样理解对不对？

我穿gt2000的感受：lsd膝盖明显负担小，我的首32k就是靠它；跑起来脚掌偏热（好像
变叔说过）；cushion厚，减震好但是速度明显起不来，似乎是反弹不给力（当然，
cushion薄了膝盖负担大）；gel材料用得多，底面材料感觉不耐磨，就我跑步这段时间
看，寿命感觉好不了。
我的体重70kg，又是新手，感觉首先gt2000，渡过盲目期还是明智的。现在有些经验了
，对自己身体承受能力也相对熟悉些，开始在速度和距离上找平衡，所以开始倾向low
cushion跑鞋。
我说话直来直去，希望不会给你泼冷水:-)

发帖数: 2112 | 26 鞋就选厚cushion的吧，牌子无所谓的。刚开始跑，厚cushion增加缓冲，能降低膝盖到
脚掌部位受伤的风险。要是长期跑步，3、4双鞋大概是跑不掉的。可以试着牌不同品牌
，不同cushion厚度的，慢慢就知道什么鞋适合自己了。
短裤，我的经验是：最里面三角裤衩（运动专用的），然后是stretch tights（3、5、
7分长都可以），最外面是宽松短裤。我的经验是最里面直接stretch tights会磨皮肤。
袜子自己找吧，不同人不同感觉。我用纯棉厚袜，跑步专用的袜子不舒服。
护膝没用过。有旧伤的话，可以整一套。一旦感觉到膝盖疼就要注意休息了，或者调整
跑姿（这个是要非常严肃的对待的）。
最后：说跑步没技术是瞎扯，说跑步不会受伤是天真。对新手，装备相对重要；对老手
，装备相对不重要。新手起步要慢：速度慢、距离增长慢、心率偏慢、心态要悠悠慢。
心急的后果就是热豆腐卡喉咙里，懂的O(∩_∩)O哈！ |

Adidas的鞋子普遍不舒服。偶现在这双$30 KSwiss比以前的Adadis舒服得多。
另外Cushion的大小要根据你是平足还是弓足决定。越平足越需要cushion，否则

他家几个running系列的鞋子都接触过。free run做得很轻，很时尚，但是cushion不够
好，体重大的人不见得适合。LunarGlide的cushion不错，但是还没有解决踝关节的保
护问题，只适合短距离跑。airmax有朋友买过，不知道效果，但是鞋子很重。 |

黄灯我经常闯，从来没事，但我是有把握的时候，熟悉的路段，看清了路况才闯，否则
就准备减速。
stop sign也要分情况，严格的full stop好像要三秒钟，实际操作起来，几乎没人能等
那么长时间，那些骂你的，也不可能真正full stop，也是50步笑60步，他们只是没被
抓而已。不过我再说一遍，stop sign不是没用，不是为了对付警察，你要对自己和别
人的生命安全负责。
残趴那个，你只是短时间借用，性质比超速、闯黄灯、stop sign不停稳要轻得多，也

发帖数: 7 | 45 Sorry. I probably confused you. To remove the seat cushion itself, only 3
points to deal with -- the bolt and two latches. The seat cushion is
inserted under two side bolsters. Each side bolster is fixed by a bolt.

重量在撞车时是有决定意义的，决定了是在用对方当cushion还是给对方当cushion。
Legacy是好车，但是车重比Charger 轻了400-1000磅。所以要是从安全出发俺还是选警
