2010年4月15日，印度搭载了最新氢氧发动机的GSLV-D3火箭发射失败。这看似简单的一个事情背后却显示印度这个航天领域的后起之秀已经逐渐在基础技术上赶超中国。中国在大笔投资进行载人航天这些外表光鲜的项目背后，实在是到了进一步加大航天基础技术投入的时候。
背景：印度氢氧发动机发射失败。
2010年4月15日当地时间16：27分，北京时间18：57分，印度使用国产低温上面级(即液氢液氧燃料发动机)的GSLV-D3火箭发射升空，这是印度2010年的首次航天发射，此前PSLV和GSLV已经有了总计21次的发射，不过此次发射仍然被印度航天研究机构(ISRO)作为重中之重，原因就是国产的低温上面级发动机了。不过遗憾的是，GSLV-D3火箭助推器和火箭一二级都工作正常，但发射后505秒，火箭和地面控制中心之间失去联系，正式宣告发射失败，印度声称将在一年内继续使用国产低温上面级进行发射。从505秒的时间出发，笔者当时认为低温上面级发动机只工作了约200秒，速度增量严重不足，卫星无力进入... 阅读全帖 |

现在的问题是CuS不能通过HCl溶解，

This is my solution I got during the interview.
Suppose there are N lists. and the longest list has M intervals.
There are two similar solutions.
one gives (M*N)log(M*N), the other one gives (M*N)log(M);
I wrote down the first solution, cus codes are simpler than the second one,:
