在世界上虽然没有机会（chance）这种东西，可是我们既然不知道任何事情
的实在原因，所风这种无知正和“机会”在理解上有同样的影响，并且
产生了相似的一种信念。
任何一造如果有了较多的机会，那一定会生起较大的可然性（Probability）来
；这种优势如果愈增加，并且超过了相反的机会，而那种可然性也按照比例增
加起来，因而在机会较多的那一造产生了更高度的信仰或同意。如果一个骰子
，四面有相同的形象或点数，另两面有另一种相同的形象或点数，则前者翻起
的可然性要比后者大。自然，那个骰子如果有一千面，而且面面的标志都一样，
只有一面不同，则那种可然性更会大起来，而且我们对那件事情的信念或期望
会更稳固，更坚定。这种思想或推论的过程似乎是琐碎而明显的，但是人们如
果能仔细加以考究，那它或者能供给我们的好奇的思辩以一些材料。
我们明白看到，人心在预测掷骰的结果时，它似乎以为各面的翻起都是
一样可然的。机会的本性也正在于使其中所含的每一个特殊事件都成为完全
相等的。但是人心如果看到，在较多数方面都有同样事情，那它就会屡屡想

发帖数: 262 | 20 fish bites sometimes too. All we need to do is just keeping them happy so
they can stay longer and dump more money. If I suffered a badbeat from a
fish/donkey, I just say "nice hand" "well played", you don't want to make
them realize their mistakes and thus improve, you want them make the same
mistakes again cus they won't be lucky every time.
