做汤蕃茄, 这一堆110多个约50磅. 种了6棵parks whopper CR improved, 一棵产量20
-30磅.
辣椒. 这些加大概70几磅蕃茄就把7cu的冰柜塞满了.
还有72棵剁椒专用的辣椒还没收, 预计也有个百多磅吧. 得再等几个星期再做剁椒晾辣

酒店的早餐品类丰盛，少长咸宜，不是普通的continental，全家吃得欣然自足。接下
来整整一上午都给了Audubon Aquarium，娃们大呼小叫，如鱼得水。中饭在food court

挺喜欢这种低对比度的调子。如果你自己不喜欢低对比度的话，后期可以增加blacks。
构图几乎每张都左倾，这个是应该在后期调整好的。 |

did is adding the logo and drop shadow.
Don't keep on pointing that pictures are not sharp/crispy, the lens I used
is Leica Summitar 50/2, this lens is not good at sharp image. It has more
film feeling.
I don't like to adjust the tone/color of the original photo. I know
sometimes photo looks too yellow or brown,but that is also how the
environment looks like when that photo was shot. I am not a big fan to

这个raw video 1920x1080p 24fps的码率是95 MB/s（注意：是mega bytes，不是mbps
），也就是76000 mbps，或者 5.2G/min。相比较而言，GH2破解是88-130 mbps左右，
5d3 all－i是95 mbps左右。raw video的码率远超这些曾经的录像之王，也远超外置
recorder（ninja2，black magic hyperdeck）在5d3和d800所能录下来的uncompressed
video（4:2:2；好像是220 mbps）。
raw video的细节非常逆天。GH2破解这种有一些mushy的截屏，到了raw video的截屏里
可以清晰的数眉毛。可以说画质sharp and crispy.但是值不值得花额外的后期处理时
间就
是个人的选择了。 |

牛排做法：
1 芦笋洗净，折去根部过老的部分。平底锅加油，中火，把芦笋煎焗致软身。期间要勤
翻，盖锅盖，七成熟时加蒜粒及盐。煎好的芦笋铺在盘底。
2 香菇泡发，切丁，入热锅冷油炒，加盐，烹入少许白葡萄酒。起锅入一小碗。
3 牛排（ribeye, NY strip, or tenderloin, your choice) 一块，洗净，用纸巾吸干
水，切丁，加盐、生粉，白葡萄酒，酱油，黑胡椒粉腌20分钟。热锅冷油爆炒牛排丁，
致表面变色，加入香菇丁，再烹入少许白葡萄酒，翻炒均匀，即可出锅铺在芦笋上。

to. It is all Bullshit I say... The whole thing along with at least 40% of
the Chinese education... It gives me a crispy feeling of 八股文。Language
is a tool, the real thing you need to learn is the logic, the reasoning.
Well, along with some ability to enjoy the art of language. But the way

我发现英文里面对味觉的形容词很不发达。
比方说腥和鲜，英文里就没有适当的词。
而辛，辣，麻，中文里是分开的，但是英文里只能笼统的用spicy or hot 来形容。偏
偏hot 本身又和温度有关，所以经常会造成误会。比方说hot noodle. 到底是热面还是
辣面？往往需要人反问一次才能确定。 |
