无限责任公司包括：
-Sole Proprietorship (一人独资)：一般做independent contractor, consultant或
者freelancer，可以选择这个。不需要提交任何表格，就可以开始经营了。报税就是在
个人报税的Form 1040 Schedule C上报就行。这种公司形式setup最简单，也最容易撤
销。(如果是single-member LLC的话，也是按照sole proprietor报税的，就是一样的

刚才查了一下，没找到我说的文章，但是找到一些类似的，看看这篇里面正好回答你这
个问题。怕你没耐心看，我copy到最后了：

比较C corp 和S corp的交税多少的。大概摘要一下（不算州税了，只说联邦）：比如
说一个公司年终净收入是$200，000，这样是C corp的话，先交大约$60，000公司
income tax；然后假设你是唯一股东老板，你给自己红利是130，000，以15%红利税算
就是又$20，000，这样总共联邦税要付大约8万（没算州税）。这样自己的公司的话就
剩下不到$12万。
下面他比较的S corp时用的是个人所得税率28%，但是红利按照全部20万发放算的了。
所以我个人觉得这里面肯定会有个平衡点，比如说C corp的话，开多少W2工资出去以降
低公司的income tax，但是肯定不能太多，不然个人的personal tax也涨了；或者说还
