意啥的。等自己现在找工作才发现，简直是无稽之谈，见过的几个公司，不是问你有没
有cpa，就是说如果到他们公司工作，他们公司可以给员工报销cpa考试费用啥的。并没
有人家所说的考了cpa就一定有想法会去firm。不知道其他地方如何，至少最近我碰到
的公司全部都是鼓励或者希望你有cpa的。 |

你先查一下你们州的规定吧，有很多州是需要cost accounting才能考cpa的
corporate tax是在reg有一部分的，三分之一？我没考过这门
cost accounting非常简单，完全可以自学，大部分就是小学数学
只在bec中占一部分（四分之一不到吧）
但是一般前者不容易拿高分，后者容易拿高分，对中国学生而言 |
