As a coder, what I am selling is the binary executable, I am not selling the
source code. You cannot copy it unless you managed to steal my PC. I don't

speial issue呐据说应该就是专门发表这个conference的几篇挑出来的paper滴。
我吭呲吭呲地改到今天，以为明天就解脱了。结果刚才有人跟我说，我需要把
整个paper rewrite，所有图表都应该换过，因为这是copyright issue……
我吐血！就剩了一天，我怎么rewrite它还要换图。想知道这是不是common sense
的东西？这个journal不属于IEEE，而我早就在publish那篇conference paper的
时候把copyright签给了IEEE。那个journal的主页上也没有提类似这种情况应该
怎么做。我还以为既然是从这个conference挑出来发一期journal那么就应该交
一样的东西上去呢。如果这确实是common sense，大家也不要笑我哈，俺比较土。 |

准备收起来。在收起来之前，通电试验一下，结果发现居然只有电源灯在快速闪动，
坏了，砖头了？
30-30-30，没有用。在整个启动过程中，根本ping 不了192.168.1.1，没有任何机会
上传firmware，打开盒子，试验短接flash 的8-9脚，没有用，还是根本ping 不通
192.168.1.1。，焊上usb-ttl线（在电路板旁边那一组），接上后加电，没有任何输
出，但是如果关掉putty，再连接时，可以发现ttl 有输出，不过不乐观，系统根本
不接受任何ctrl-c之类，只是将下列信息循环滚动

The point at debate is not whether some users might be satisfied with
a one-line summary, but whether a one-line summary violates any
copyright law, or even is immoral. If it works for you, good for you,
I don't see how that makes it an unethical action on google part.
It's not what I said. "Fair use" is a legal term covering exactly these
situations.
None of the copyright suits that were brought up against google news
have made any serious headways in US court. |

件，就应该知道api是所有软件的精髓。这个随便给别人抄过去，然后卖的东西更便宜
，那最初开发者的精力不是白费？
具个例子，我们公司做了一个硬件给第三方软件开发者使用，同时我们提供API。这个
API有百多个function，document也是500多页。这可是我们花了无数心血设计，加上许
多用户反馈，经过无数个回合才定下来。可以说这个api花了整个软件工程的大半资源
， 基本上就是我们的大部分ip了。如果我们不能合法保护它，随便那个公司都可以直
接copy过来用，那岂不是太便宜它们了。不要说implementation很重要，那个东西随便
拉一帮大学毕业的都能做的。可没有我们事先设计好的api，你再多的大学毕业生也没
用。
其实我还真不明白为什么这么多人反对copyright api，这个明明是人家辛辛苦苦设计
出来的，你偏偏说我有权利用，这不跟抢一样吗？还是整个社会都变得喜欢不劳而获？ |

我理解的是一个产品的api。这个api实际上是这个产品知识产权的代理。那什么算产品
？我们公司的api就该算一个产品的api。还有facebook，tweeter的api也应该是一个产
品的api。这些理应受到保护。要不google+用同样的api，岂不是太便宜它们了？
你说的thread api不能算一个单独的api来看待，因为它是os的一部分，不是一个单独
的产品。你可以copyright你整个os 的api，但不可能copyright其中的一部分，否则就
天下大乱。因为没人能保证不重复别人使用过的function。但你把别人整个产品的api
都抄过来就不对了。 |

copyright的。第二，有的东西被copyright之后，很多东西都要重写，增加很多工作机
会，软件行业只有更发达，你我赚的只有更多，你在担心什么？
