平时我一直用来查SAMPLE SALE的网站今天给我发信，说域名被VOGUE强抢了，他们逼着
换域名
就因为他们的域名是THEVOGUECITY.COM，只要用到VOGUE这个词就是侵权
看来前段时间国产苹果的官司要在米国打，必死无疑啊 |

下，这paper完全就是我一个人搞一个人写的，老板他到底有没有权利把我的paper转到

甚至有时在家里复印钢琴谱子，给她练习用，女儿都会问我是不是违法，因为谱子上面
写的“REPRODUCE FOR ANY USES IS PROHIBITED".
这个COPYRIGHT教育从小抓起，真是有点头大。
刚刚研究了一下YOUTUBE的条款，下载给自己听确实是违反了服务协议，但是不是违法
，并不是很明确。类似的行为，就好象录电视节目录收电台节目给自己用。 哪位有没
有肯定的说法？ |

company. Can I copy the style file of the company and design our company's
website
with this style file?
The two webpages will appear very similiar with difference in text.
The logo from that company will be replaced by our logo. |

相信很多爱自己设计和制作的爱好者深有体会：做的技术并不是最难的，总共就那么几
种technique，耐心、细致就好了，design才最费脑筋。如果某天看见自己花了很多心
思和时间甚至有时候还要损耗很贵的材料做实验的设计被别人直接拿去做出了一样的“
复制品”，心里多少是有不爽的。有没有想过copyright呢？

之类的。
不提交备案的copyright好像是免费的... 不过偶搞不清那样的有什么用.. 提交备案的
record要几十刀。

我见过很多人郁闷自己的油画作品或其他的东东很明显的被别人仿制了，但不是完全一
样，他们也没办法，只是抱怨一下。而且咱们自己在做手工的时候，也免不了借鉴别人

The appeal court reversed the district court's ruling on "fair use"
and it rules "structure, sequence and organization of an API was
copyrightable"

In "web of science", find the paper you want and open it. On right column "
tool", you can find "rights & permissions". Click the button, then follow
the instructions. Usually it will take 4-6 weeks to get the permission. |
