图二pin窄一些，reward-to-risk ratio会升高，但赢钱概率也会降低。 |

I got plenty of time to think on my way alone---just watching everything:
mountains around me are standing still with waterfall flooding down;
ruins on the top of the hills are resting there for hundreds years with
forest coverring them gradually;

。汉人开始比较大规模来台时，中国文化还是处于强盛地位，向来讲究赐予，进贡只是象
征性的。后来郑来台，将台作为反攻基地，前期原住民可能吃了一点苦。荷兰牙人来时，
台湾除了农业资源以外，没有什么矿产资源。台湾的地位开始是贸易中转站，据有和大陆
打交道的重要地位，后来荷兰人才开始真正经营台湾，台湾成为真正的殖民地，汉人和
原住民也 |

不知自己这个想法对不对，又没有可行性？
乘着房价较低，贷款利率较低，先在中等的学区（同时其他条件也不错），因为房价相
对较其他好学区低，比如Milton， 买个房租出去，自己带着孩子暂时在好学区租个
condor住着，带孩儿念完书了，不用考虑学区了，再搬回自家房子住。
这个想法是不是不太切合实际？ |
