######## Software Engineer or Sr. Software Engineer ############
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the
designing and deploying of our new proprietary ad services infrastructure.
You will oversee the full life cycle of development, including gathering and
analyzing requirements, design, development, enhancement, and
troubleshooting. Applicants must demonstrate excellent verbal and written
communication skills, and be able to work in a collaborative team
environment.
Core Requirements:
* Strong problem solving and algorithm design skills
* Strong SQL skills. Experience of designing relational database schema and
writing complex queries. Thorough understanding all ansi SQL keywords and
all types of joins. (Mysql experience a plus)
* Experience developing with at least one scripting languages. Ruby (
preferred), Python, Perl, or PHP
* Good knowledge developing and debugging in C/C++ or Java
Other experience that would be a plus for this position:
* Extensive experience working with big data warehousing and analytics
* Experience with file systems, server architectures, and distributed
systems
* Multithreading programming in highly concurrent systems

########### QA Engineer or Lead QA Engineer: #####################
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the
designing and deploying of our new proprietary web-serving software. Your
responsibilities will be, but are not limited to testing new applications
created by developers, writing test plans and test cases, automating
commonly executed test scenarios, performance and load testing. Applicants
must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a
positive attitude and be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Technical Requirements:
* work experience in Software Quality Assurance
* Deep understanding of white box and black box testing
* Experience in automation using JAVA and/or C++ or similar programming
languages
* Ability to understand the application API for testing purposes
* Familiarity working with graphical tools (i.e. Silk, Winrunner, QTP,
Selenium, Fitnesse)
* Expert in Performance Testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter
* Experience with file systems, server architectures, and distributed
systems
* Familiarity with Linux systems is preferred
* Media industry experience also a plus!
