But as you know, sometimes the TA itself will drive you crazy since it could
lead to contradictory conclusions. For example, in many times, the
momentum analysis will have different conclusion with the oscillator
analysis. And for pattern recognition, the same shape could lead to

不大清楚了，大意是说我是extraodinary 的，我写了多少论文，得了多少奖，review了
多少。要我是IO，我肯定就把这个award列成一条你要申请的标准。
另外，你的RFE，IO并没有要你一定交media report的材料。IO只是说 at least two c

补充一下背景：
美国phD，毕业后在美国top牛小薄厚，已经两年了。递EB1a的时候是薄厚一年半的事。
那时候文章7，第一作者的只有2，没有CNS文章，citation是逐年增加的（当时是80多吧）
claim publication, contribution, media都承认了
review没有claim，因为当时只有10左右吧，结果也承认了。
推荐信6封。
总的来说我毕业时间不长，文章数目有限，case算弱的。所以totality上不知道具体该怎么加强。现在citation和review
的数目都有增加，还有一片挂名的CNS文章投了很可能会发（当然无法在30天内发出来）。但既然claim的都已经承
认，我是不是就不该再纠缠这些了？记得以前看人说凡认可的表示感谢就好了，多说还多错。

完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印
出来，带去开会了。除了我present那天，我就在旅馆写这个了。完全是以April mm的

个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面

享下。RFE的response其实也就是再重新组织材料，重新写的petition letter.
看到RFE， 我感觉IO根本没怎么看我的petition letter, 所以在准备response的时候
，都时时考虑，如果IO粗略扫一眼的话，他能不能get the point. 所以用了很多下划
线，加粗之类的highlight 关键词。格式上每一项，每一小项都分清楚。那些个比较复
杂的证据，如果不是非常强，宁可不要。

然后conclusion， 继续贴上reference letter的conclusion. 基本没有论证之类的段
落和句子。相反，NIW里面有很多移民法的具体内容和论证，感觉很充实。NIW的PL 还
多出几页。 这是由于两者不同性质决定的吗？ 还是由于同时办两个，NIW通过了就要

但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？

All I did was coming to a conclusion based on historical facts: Race A in
human history was not able to develop as much as Race B and C, economically
and culturally, and has consistently made much less contribution to human
civilization, so Race A is inferior.
If the Caucasians bring sufficient evidence to show Asians have consistently
been beaten by them in most aspect in our entire history, I will surely
admit Asians are inferior to Caucasians |

OCEF正在参加一个慈善竞赛活动GlobalGiving Open Challenge (GGOC)，这个竞赛在9
月10号（美东时间10号凌晨0点开始到23:59）有一个bonus day，在这一天里有高达
5000美金的奖金和匹配基金等着我们去赢取。具体如下：
1、3000美金的匹配基金。在这一天里，前$12000有效捐款（每笔捐款不小于$25，不多
于$1000； 多于$1000部分不会被匹配，但将被计入bonus day的有效捐款）将会得到25
%的匹配，直到这$3000用完为止。也就是说，在这$3000用完之前，如果你捐$100，
