二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。

，克服多大的压力才敢出Going Concern啊。一方面,就GM这个公司，养好几个合伙人不
成问题，丢这个客户，只比蹲监狱强，说明都逼到脸上了，不出Going Concern就要蹲
监狱了。另一个方面，DTT肯定是告诉GM 要出Going Concern，GM 肯定不爽，也肯定也
找其他人了，没有人敢出来签不带Going Concern的报告，你想想要多可怕，只要有一
丝希望，这么多钱，年年可以挣的，谁不来做啊，说明没人敢做！大家都认为要倒闭！
当时被股版多人群殴围骂，就差骂我祖宗了，总之对我那是鄙视之极。。。可怜死了
结果几个月之后直接就11章了。。。
股版啊，真的是留不住人的地方
大家注意了，以后听说哪个公司，尤其是稍微有些规模的，出现了带Going Concern的
报告，赶紧清仓，一刻都不要犹豫。
具体的关系是：
如果是Clean的报表，那么不见得不会倒闭，但是可能性来说还不是很高
如果是带Going Concern的，那么倒闭的可能基本大于80%，而且基本是几个月之内，最多不超过1 |

偶原先的PhD老板就是一个15分左右杂志的执行主编，就是他教我这么写的，分为
General comments to authors, Major Concerns, Minor Concerns, and General
Comments to editors。在General comments里面表明中心观点和评价，在Concerns里
面直接列举证据、质疑。
但是在写General comments to authors的时候，即使是很糟糕的稿件，也应该注意用
词和语气，应该有最基本的鼓励和肯定，因为再怎么样烂的文章别人也是花了心血的，
你也只是一个同行评价而已，不是最终审判，很多时候还不一定对，而且这个还会直接
发给作者的，如果你写得太过分了的话， 会让杂志社感到很难堪的， 有的时候主编
还不得不修改某些地方。
但是又不能够和稀泥阿，杂志是有自己的标准的。编辑很多的时候不一定懂具体的东西
，因此他们很多的时候不大细看你在Concerns里面列举的证据、质疑，请你审稿的目的

经把Petition交给他们了，但是发起者要大家继续签名，保持对市政厅的压力直到他们
接受Petition和更改现在过于宽松的Homeless Encampent条款为止
(另注：Petition的基本诉求是要加强对流浪者搭帐篷地点的管理和严格监控，比如
Permit必须最多90天而不是现在草案里面的120天；一次只能发放一个Permit每发一个
Permit后要等18个月才能发放第二个而不是草案里面的12个月；允许警察随机的搜
查 Random Warrant Check 而不是草案里说的流浪者来之前搜查一次以后就不容易搜查
，等等，其实是和其他城市的相关规定一致的。）
