一、先想先写最后做:
1. 做研究之前，必须想清楚：结果能不能发表？发表在哪里？
2. 先把文章大框写好，空出数据，等做完实验填完空就可以发了；正所谓心中有沟壑！
3. 在未搞清“写什么、发哪里、自己研究与同类研究有何出色之处”之前，就不要动
手做！
4. 继续去看文献，去想；想不清楚就做还不如不做！
5. 要想这样做，就得先看文献！要知道如何把文章架起来、要知道别人是如何讨论的
、要知道自己的数据是不是说明了与别人不同的东东或别人没有做过……这个过程就是
阅读文献及思考的过程，这些搞清楚了，写就简单了！
6. 要是先做事，做完发现别人做过，或无法用理论来解释，岂不是冤大头？
二、如何科学选题:
1. 课题选择和国际接轨。想在国际核心期刊发表文献，就必须了解国际研究动态
，选择与国际学术研究合拍的课题。由于多方面因素的影响，我国科学研究选题与国际

儒家跟法家在战国晚期－秦末期间
撕破脸大干一场。 儒家也算是反法家

北边，离纽约州立大学石溪分校很近。老头和77岁妻子在商场里的饮食部喝咖啡，商场
保安要求他将T恤反过来穿，他拒绝，因此被扣帽，安上其他罪名，并由警察逮捕，连
轮椅一起带走。
这个商场保安素质低劣，都是一些不三不四的人，相信石溪分校的同学们都知道。长岛
的警察也非常恶劣，比纽约市的好不到哪里，平均年薪还在10万以上，其他福利很多，
包括财产税打很大折扣，是变相津贴，除此之外，还要到处吃白食，这一点其他地区的
美国警察也一样，公然违法，还是没人敢惹。
有个没来过美国的网友声称在美国可以到处在公共场所游行，呵呵！连衣服上的字都会
给你带来麻烦！来美国还是谨慎点吧！入境随俗，千万不要做异想天开的蠢事。

【欧洲时报疏桐编译】据法新社巴黎12月4日电，国民议会当天最后一次表决通过社会
保险机构2018年预算法案，这样国会两院最终通过了这项草案。其宗旨是2018年将赤字
降至22亿欧元。这是17年来不曾达到的水平。
这项社会保险融资法案（PLFSS）以43票赞成、13票反对获得通过。赞成的是“共和国
前进党”（LREM）和民主运动党（MoDem）议员，而反对的是共和党、社会党和左派的
左派议员，还有UDI－Agir议员团的多数。以下是草案的主要措施。
－ 赤字
社保机构赤字2018年应降至22亿欧元。普通体制四大分支（疾病、养老、家庭和工伤事
故）应有12亿欧元盈余，主要是疾病保险分支应撙节30多亿欧元。
－ 普遍化社会捐金（CSG）
为社会保险提供资金来源的CSG的普通税率将提高1.7个百分点，主要贡献者是退休人员
和公务员。此举是为了弥补私企领薪雇员失业和疾病分摊金取消造成的收入减少，这两
