actually not easy to have one published - You generally need to address some
issue (s) in the original paper. I am debating where I claim this: It is a
special kind of publication based on your critical assessment of some

special issue上），Google scholar 引用165，审稿20. TSC 直接pp 140，10/13 RD,
10/25批准。
claim了大家都知道的那三样。还有一些学校报纸和sciencedaily转载之类的几个媒体
报道，并没有claim。
细节：毕业快两年了，目前在一家小公司做研发。4月份刚发了最后一篇phd时候做的文
章，引用上百了，攒了10个review，决定EB1A. 从一开始就打算找律师，因为自己痛恨
写作。在这里考古了下，发了一轮evaluation request给一圈律师，只有wegreen说可
以上EB1A而且给了approve or refund, 其他律师都说推荐NIW 或者继续攒审稿攒文章
攒引用。于是痛快的和wegreen签了合同。事实证明律师选对了。
拖到7月感觉形势不妙，赶紧准备了research summary7月底发给律师。这部分还是要上

commentary其实挺好玩的，那些镜头是对哪个前辈的致敬，那些个镜头是故意调戏观众
，那些戏是演员的即兴发挥，都很好玩……

和感想。电视剧可以边拍边出podcast。我原来跟bsg的时候就先看片，再跟两个导演的
podcast ，关于编剧会议上的争论和修改，演员的临场修改等等。其实commentary有时
候更有趣。
