多长的刮痕，不是很深但掉了些漆，而且左后轮上方的车身有一小块凹陷。应该就是这
几天停在哪儿时被刮的，但不太清楚是被车蹭到了还是shopping cart之类的，因为一
是位置比我的车bumper高不少，如果是车刮的应该是底盘比较高的，二是长而浅的刮痕
，如果是车刮的的话应该角度要非常小。
不清楚这种情况怎么处理？报警可能没什么必要，毕竟连哪儿是现场是被什么刮的都不
知道。找AAA理赔的话，应该是哪一项cover的，uninsured，comprehensive还是
collision？我collision的deductible很高而comprehensive的则很低，如果算
collision的话我就不打算报告给AAA了。不知道他们一般怎么处理这个？另外这种情况
AAA会涨我的保费么？
另外，AAA一般是按quote给支票，还是直接付bill给修车的地方？

且如果有collision保险的话，再加上collision deductible waiver这种情况你都不用

我想让对方保险公司把能付的limit先付了,差价我再找自己的保险公司claim
collision 不知道这样行不行?
因为我看我的保险里有个rental和towing选项我没选，是不是就不包括rental and
towing，这样anyway都要找对方保险claim一部分
因为之前不知道limit有问题 所以我一直找对方的保险 现在换成自己的也省不了时间。
对方保险是决定total loss, 因为是新车 车也撞得蛮厉害，所以我也prefer total
loss。 我保险上显示collision只有500 deductible,没有limit,是不是意思是上限是
车的market value. collision会包括rental和towing吗？
对方的保险limit 25k其实也够车的market value,主要是拖车公司强收了$3500，都想
起诉那个拖车公司

我quote全包时collision费用100多吧，记不清了，肯定不是几十块
基本上我同意lastman907的理论，如果算概率保险公司肯定是赚钱的，而且已经考虑了
保险公司昂贵的运营费用之后。不算运营费用的话，保险公司至少赚50%的钱，这个数
字应该能google出来。
买菜车新车大都在3万以下，我觉得不是我承受不了的损失；如果因为我的过错把车
total了，我自己掏3万再买一辆，愿赌服输。还有就是collision里那个duductible也
很烦。
如果是房子的保险，因为我无法承担房子毁掉的损失，所以我还是会买房屋保险。
其实Uninsured/Underinsured从概率上也是亏钱的，但我还是买了，主要是我不想为别
人的错误买单。也算见仁见智吧。
liability如果能选择的话，我甚至想只买1万刀以上的保额，类似于collision里面的
deductible。如果因为我的过错造成别人5000刀损失，我自己出钱；如果造成10万刀的
损失，保险公司出钱。 |

你不必主动联系你的保险；可以等看对方联系了之后再算。对方有可能不找你的

The great highway算是一个小高速吧，最后一段是merge到单行线
然后最后merge到35
车型： 2013 Acura ILX
事发经过：
速度大概在35到四十左右，开过merge line之后周围没有任何灯光
突然路中间出现一个不知道从哪儿冒出来的轮胎，车子没开远光灯
直接撞到，然后车身没有压过轮胎，轮胎被反弹回十米远，继续停在
路中间，没有pull over因为路边没shoulder,而且没光线。绕过轮胎
继续开了三分钟。停车检查。车身前bumper断裂，液体leaking严重，顺着shoulder流
车前盖里边冒烟,这时候车还能打着。但是仪表盘显示发动机过热
打开双闪，先call 911转CHP,告诉现在路中间有个tire还在那里，没有光线很危险

。那个很便宜。所谓的全包也不是那么简单。comprehensive比较便宜，但只保除
