我又被人撞了，一个送外卖的发现开错了地址，在门口（进门前）停下，u-turn，我在
他后面停着等他，看他转过去了就开始进门，他突然倒车，他的rear bumper撞到了我
的driver's side,我车的driver's side前轮胎上方的车身凹进去了，有点裂痕，橡胶
脱落了，他的bumper没事
police说人没有受伤，属于minor accident，不file a report
现在我的保险公司说责任是对方的，会跟对方保险公司交涉
不过我的collision选了1000 deductible
如果对方不认为是他错误或者他给我的insurance policy number是假的
我又得自己花钱去修了 |

车保险分两种，liability和premium， 也就是所谓的半保和全保，liability只能用于
发生事故后赔付对方的损失（如果是你的过错的话），premium里面则包括了liability
,body injury,collision damage......多种保险，既可以赔付对方，也可以赔付自己
。如果自己有车的话而且买了保险的话，这个应该都知道。（有车没保险的，先去买了
保险再往下看吧。。。。。）明白了这个，下面的就不难理解了。
租车公司卖的保险有两种，一种是collision damage waiver（CDW），也就是说，出了
事故，无论谁的责任，你有无保险，你都不用负责你租的车的损伤，租车公司自己承担
责任。但是这个保险只能保租车公司的车的损伤，其他一概不管。

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

大家觉得呢，全保都包括什么，我很想买的liberty mutual，它给我的报价包括

俗吧的 eyesight 出得晚 2012 年才出，2014 年 9 月还积极应试，升级到了第三代，

同组的美国mm只有19岁，已经两年驾驶经验了。她说她已经是第三次上这个课了，搞不
明白她怎么弄的。此mm一头超级漂亮的金发，大冬天的穿个长裙子，身材也是美国女生
中难得的苗条，看着跟芭比差不多了。
来之前据说有的驾校上这个课就是看录像，不过我们这个学校是做题目。记得一道题是
问什么是second collision,美国mm就说是不是路口两辆车撞一块儿了，然后其中一辆
车失去控制，又撞上第三辆车，叫second collision.我说那还有可能接着撞上第四辆
，第五辆车，lots of collisions,为啥就问第二次撞车。实在搞不懂就问老师。老师
解释说，比如你在高速上开车撞树上了，那车撞树，就是first collision,这个没的说
，然后如果你没系安全带的话，那人就飞出去撞玻璃了，这个就是second collision.

到后来老师还说，还有third collision,就是继车撞树，人撞车之后，身体里的内脏由

发帖数: 82 | 50 事情是这样的：圣诞节的时候和朋友一起去加州玩，租了一辆车，当时我租车时没有买
租车公司提供的collision，只买了liability, 但是随后在高速公路上追尾，出了事故
，还好人无大碍。经过漫长的等待以及与警方、保险公司、租车公司相互扯皮之后，现
在租车公司让我赔，所有的费用一起要7700多美元。
由于是出去玩，我没开自己的车，就是到了目的地租车。我自己的车保没有collision
这一项，所以他们也拒绝提供支付修车费用；
我以为用信用卡支付租车费用可以利用大多数信用卡公司推车的“事故无责任”保险，
结果不巧在priceline预订车用的是VISA， 而被租车公司扣除的其他费用（包括
liability insurance，机场费，加油费，异地取车费等）是划到了MasterCard上。
MasterCard认为主要的租车费用用VISA支付了，而后期费用不是租车费用拒绝赔偿；
VISA 认为在整个租车周期内（12.23-12.31)凡是跟保险公司发生的支付必须用同一张
卡，而在12.30被租车公司扣去的追加费用却划在了MasterCard上，因此拒赔。
