half hour away, dutch waoderland is another children's theme park. tanger's
outlet is pretty big. hurrisburg is ok too. |

觉得人年纪变大的时候，都会很少愿意付出，很多时候都有所保留。所以跟小男生谈恋

1，做 果料蛋糕，如同人家做蛋糕 添加 胡萝卜、南瓜、红薯之类；
2，做 果料饼干，如同人家做饼干 添加 chocalate chips 和 nuts 之类的；
3，做 果料 muffin，如同人家做 muffin 添加 蓝莓、nuts 之类的；
4，做 匹萨饼时，当作 topping 撒一层，如同制作 菠萝匹萨；
5，加面粉，牛奶，鸡蛋，和糖，用平底锅 摊 果料鸡蛋软饼，应该也不错吧；
其实，用 blender 做 水果 / 蔬菜 smoothie 多好啊，什么也不浪费。 |

反正我家女儿的学校举行类似的活动，
我看也有在 店里买了现成的 带过去的
我觉得 烤年糕 比较粘，不知道美国人的接受能力 如何
还不如到商店买那种 有说明的 cake mix
回来按照说明做就好了，
再买点 chocalate pudding, M&M 豆，或是那种彩色的装饰 之类的
烤好的蛋糕 抹上 pudding,
再用 M&M 豆 装饰一下就好了
如果要 烤年糕，装饰 不要 用枣子，可以用
枸杞、葡萄干、dried cranberries 之类的，应该就不用担心了 |

dark不dark其实和cacao的含量没有太直接的关系，milk chocolate也可以是45%cacao
的，我也吃过72% cacao的。
巧克力的cacao是可以帮助消耗能量的，以前有很多报道说巧克力减肥，就是说摄入的
能量小于cacao帮助消耗的能量。
减肥水果里面苹果够甜了吧，减肥就是说消耗一颗苹果的能量大于能摄入的。 |
