Two packs of 鸡脚 from Marina Food in about 1.5L water, boil for 30min(?,
can not remember exactly) with some ginger/花椒／八角. Take 鸡脚 out and put
the soup( about1L) into frig. after cooling to room T. Upon freezing, get
rid of the top fat(a lot of fat from 鸡脚). Cut the 鸡脚冻 into pieces and
put chilly oil/mint/green onion/香菜 on top. Nice with a bottle of beer. |

观察过一些职场上,第一代老印的特点
印度人种宗教复杂,不能一概而论
但是占人口大多数的信印度教的,皮肤黑乎乎的占主体,具有比较鲜明行为特点.
其中又以男的比女的更加明显
特点
1. suck up,走上层路线,各种方式拍上层马屁,建立私人感情谋取办公室政治权力
2. 骗人吹牛的套话,张口就来,个个熟练的不得了.
3. 对同事/下级, 抢别人的credit,把自己的过错推卸到别人身上,非常本能熟练
4. 背后利用高层路线,经常打小报告,sabotage攻击同事竞争对手
5. 对下级,态度傲慢粗鲁

发帖数: 562 | 6 I would choose somewhere on the peninsula. Commuting by caltrain is fun and
relaxing.I dont like Daly City because it is crowded and chilly. Cities like
Millbrae, Burlingame, San Mateo are nice because there are lots of open
spaces and parks.
Commute from east bay is tiring. Plus, bart connection to UCSF mission bay
is not that convenient. While you can have a nice walk from caltrain station
to the campus (about 10 min).

发帖数: 306 | 8 多谢链接，今天就迫不及待的去了。sushi质量很不错，不过感觉我们没有点得很对，
比如spider roll其实就一Tempura，我最爱的salmon sashimi没有salmon特有的肥美的
flavor, 倒是她家的spicy tuna 和 spicy salmon非常不错，那个chilli source据说
是他家特有的，确实不同别处，不过真的辣，不能吃辣的就算了。不过她家的sushi选
择并不多，这次试了一半，再吃一次就试全了。
他家更主要的是其他日式traditional food, 可是我完全不懂该点什么，所以只点了主
页上有照片的那个agedashi tofu，味道好，推荐。下次非常想尝试他家其他日式食物
，请大家多多推荐！！！ |

发帖数: 16647 | 9 5月份的天气挺难说的，有时候冷起来10度，而且feel chilly,热起来20几度也有,不过这个不用太早准备，冷的话，外面套件northface或者columbia的外套就行了，热的话，一件tshirt也足够了。其他我不觉得有啥注意事项啊。。。请别人补充
小朋友这么小，我觉得以你们自己为主吧，downtown附近的space needle就像上海的东方明珠，那是肯定要去一下的，也方便。想领略一下西雅图风情，space needle的附近不远处就可以有duck tour，就是那种水陆两用车，带着你们兜一下西雅图downtown和附近市区。其余的波音展馆也可以去一下，1-2天有点紧张，附近的mount rainier和olympic park虽说都是只要1天，不过也挺累的。如果你是两天的话，除了西雅图一天，我就推荐去olympic park那里玩玩了，因为5月份感觉mount rainier还不如olympic park的风景好

次，换个吃法有点新鲜劲。
又，不是自助，肉是给你送上来的，所以小费应该高点。吃法是这样的，厨房里把肉烤
好，各种肉，都是红肉，长长粗粗跟个柱子似的，估计是整条腿的肉。侍者把那么大块
肉拿来你桌前，问你要不要？要多熟的？然后他从肉上削一块下来放你盘里。所有的肉
都是这么 serve 的，有点像广式饮茶。另外有沙拉吧，蔬果新鲜不在话下，用的酱料
（如醋、橄榄油）都是高档货。
在一般西餐（尤其法国餐）吃法里面，吃肉时所配的 sauce 非常讲究，葡萄酒、乳酪
、奶油、各种香料等等，每个厨师各有其秘方。就算没那么讲究，老土如我也可以加点
A1 sause 或者 chilly sauce。好的 sauce 非但味道好，更能与肉本身的风味相呼应
，吃起来当然享受多多。而这家（巴西吗?）的吃法就相对无聊了，肉就是肉，其他啥
都没还有，顶多配点沙拉。然后看他们的装潢还挺高档的，我都不好意思跟他们要 A1
sauce 了！
不过这也不意外，越是有钱、发达、先进的地方，吃东西的讲究就越多；越穷的地方，

视为妙人，终日辗转反侧，撸撸无为。我也曾亲眼见过他心中的那位女神，平心而论，
这样姿色的丫头，放在六七十年前，十块钱大洋至少能买三个。
同样，他对于美食的判断力几乎为零，对于吃食从不挑剔，喂什么吃什么。你抓一
把狗粮拿热水一泡再拌上一勺老干妈酱，他绝逼比狗都吃的欢。
一日，赵氏告诉我西斜七路附近开了一家绝世无双的蒙古烤肉，店主是他来自蒙古
的表舅。当时我心想这位表舅既然与赵氏沾亲，那二人在口味上也应当同出一脉。直到

自己吃下去。

chillis差哪了，总之还算中规中矩。
回答你的问题，圆脸waiter的作为，还有小熊川菜的环境，值不值18%小费？
1. 就餐环境什么样，你进门就知道了，不要吃过饭给小费的时候才恍然大悟。
2. 顾客并没有说，就餐途中服务如何的不好。仅仅说圆脸waiter拿到小费摇头，我觉
得很莫须有。摇头点头，每个人有自己的习惯，脖子酸也可以晃一下，作为旁观者我只
觉得这个顾客可能有些敏感。
3. 18%的小费，我们都知道还可以了，常理推测也知道waiter不太可能因为小费少表示
不满，不然一天到晚，每桌饭拿到小费他都要气急跳脚了。
我的point是，走进餐馆前就请准备好15%的服务费。不要到给钱的时候才临时决定，找
个什么理由挑刺，今天我要给5%还是10%。
