少于 0.098%和多于0.08%完全是不同的概念,天知道它多到什么程度,高倒一定程度就
很差了。Wellness urine pH 6.1 to 6.6 是针对所有Dry Formulas的,当然包括core
。core有Over 80% meat ingredients,相当的高了。Wellness的网站说明了它的
Carbohydrate是包括了淀粉和fiber,对猫不好的是淀粉类。而fiber占了总成分的3%,
再去掉其他营养,剩下的淀粉类就很低了。
关于Carb: Carbohydrates almost always come from plant sources such as cereal
grains. Carbohydrates, per se, are not a required nutrient. 就是说对猫来说
都是垃圾。每天吃24%~26%的垃圾,实在太多了。
Innova那个Carbohydrates 28.88%确实很奇怪,前6项只有一项是植物,Carbohydrates
怎么看也不可能超过25%啊,不知道怎么来的。算一下:0.5+36.22+20.7

你这完全是瞎掰。没有任何研究表明摄入适量的Carbohydrates会导致DM。DMII的危险
因素包括overweight,但overweight是由摄入过多的calories和缺少运动导致的.
Carbohydrates只是calories的来源之一,换句话说,即使你完全不吃carbohydreates
,只吃protein,如果calories intake大于每日消耗量,仍然会导致肥胖,成为DM的危
险因素。任何东西摄入过量都会导致疾病,脂肪,糖,蛋白质,莫不如此。你那个什么

,提供运动时快速消耗的能量。所以运动前后要及时补充Carbohydrates。常吃的东西
中rice, pasta, potato 等Carbohydrates含量是很高的。这就是为啥么marathon前
夜通常有pastsa party,以及比赛之前三天要靠多吃这类食物来carb-loading.
如果你是做加强肌肉的运动,还要多吃Protein的食物。

generally speaking, highly processed carbohydrates are not as good for you
as not so highly processed carbohydrates.
so, carbohydrates from veggies and whole grains are better than white rice,
white flour, and white sugar.
fruits come with very high content of sugar, so eat moderately and eat early
in the day.
