俺若干年来，看过一些YOGA的视频，大概看过几十个吧，这个是俺见过的最好的了。
1，时间不太长， 想要时间长的，去找P90X的YOGA X。
2，里面的女主角身材真好看啊！ 看了俺就想跟着做
3，也是最主要的，动作设计非常的好！ 俺也算是老YOGA了。 ：）
4，里面没啥废话，女主角一句话没说，直接，练。 俺喜欢废话少的。
YOGA就是用来拉伸或者放松或者锻炼肌肉，不停的说话，很分神的。：）
所以推荐一下。

recovery, 9 mi total. What I found was that "butt-kicking" does not work. It
actually slows me down. The reason is that it slows down my leg turnover,
and as I drove my legs with 2/2 breathing, my breathing also slowed down. In
running, to go faster, you just have to breathe faster. There is no
shortcut. When I started to focus on paw-back and breathe faster, my pace
dipped under 5:50, which felt good.

Utah境内的就是大名鼎鼎的The wave，而位于南边Arizona境内的那片地方显然没有它
的兄弟热门，虽然同是一天20个permit的保护区，北边的一年四季都要抽签，南边的往
往在开始接受预订后几天里都还能有空位。我是9月1日在网上收到12月31日the wave的
确认信的，马上就申请了30日去南边的许可。一个月以后收到BLM寄来的地图和简单的
路线说明。那个地图跟手画的差不多，就几根弯弯的线外加4个数字的路名，没里程、
没比例尺、没和高速的接口，要啥没啥... 只好去网上找资料，最后参考了一个德国人
的网站——不得不佩服，德国人是真会玩，对这一带研究的很透彻，资料也整理的很详
细——大概对怎么去那里有点数了。
一大早从Page出发，往北很快就进入Utah境内，刚开始两边全是荒原，慢慢的远处有了
一堆堆的石头山，快到路口的几迈是夹在两侧石壁间的盘旋的公路，一出那段“面条”
路，左边马上就是House Rock Rd，是一个超过90度的急转弯，公路里程在25到26迈之
