发帖数: 325 | 16 看中了一个正在建的新房，要价18万4左右，说是3月份建完，不知道大家认为在建新房
有多少打价的余地？
另外，一楼有dining room，kitchen，breakfast area，foyer和great room，foyer是
hardwood，kitchen和breakfast area是vinyl的，dining和great room是carpet，我非
常想整个一楼都是hardwood，二楼可以都是地毯，因为有小孩子，二楼地毯比较温馨柔
软一点。builder说一楼都upgrade成木地板的话大约6千美元，大家说这样的价格合不
合适？再者，kitchen和breakfast area有没有必要弄成木地板？
因为家里有小孩，希望后院围起来，builder的价格大约是3千6，lot不大，只有0.
1acre多点吧，不知道这样的价格是否合适？自己做需要多少钱？
还有一点，countertop是否需要upgrade成granite的？
问题多多，请有经验的说说。 |

breakfast一般是CoutyYard,Residence Inn,Fairfield Inn 之类的低端，而且不是所
有都有。
现在Marriott是提出6/22以后中端酒店包括Marriott都会有free breakfast了，但其他
酒店也会推出类似策略吧。 |

Hyatt Courtesy Card及Ritz Carlton Cobalt 简介
酒店集团往往有一些特殊的高端级别存在，如Hyatt/ Ritz-Carlton都有一些秘密level。
或许知道的人不多，一般也不太可能达到。
简单而言，达到这样的level，住酒店只要一定reservation，一般都会自动upgrade到
最好的套房（特殊suite）。房间里已经摆放好各种水果snacks等等。提供in room
breakfast。
check-in的时候会genearal manager下楼亲自问候，并护送去房间。
甚至Ritz-Carlton还提供不需要预定酒店就可以随时进入全球任何Ritz-Carlton的club
level游玩。
Hyatt Courtesy Card也还好，还是有点人能到达的：到处住Hyatt多，然后经常定定会
议在Hyatt估计3-5年内是有希望的。
后者Ritz Carlton Cobalt的确比较罕见。当然Ritz Carlton Rewards运作时间还不够
长，以后会原来越多的。

可能是啃面包和贝狗。

从LasVegas回来，3天3夜，中间1天1夜去GrandCanyon。怎么说呢？可能是期望太高，没觉得Vegas有那么的神奇。倒是大峡谷一行让我和LP心旷神怡。因为时间仓促，很多Vegas的酒店都没有去，留给下次吧。
这条久负盛名的Strip街的总体感觉：市容比上海繁华，吃的比天津便宜（这是本人生活最多的两个中国城市）。但只限于Strip这条街，不包括整个Vegas，离开Strip，就仅限于中国二流城市的水平。去Vegas之前看了很多朋友的游记，都是按游览的时间顺序。我实在不善于写那种流水帐，就把之前总结的一些网友的tips加上自己的见解，按照类别review一下。希望对大家有些帮助。下文中有“”的是别人的原话，没有“”的是本人的拙见。

我叫Drama，真的好险，我刚刚出生，然后找不到妈妈，在院子里叫，然后干妈就把我
抱到她家里，刚到她家，外面下起大雨，干妈说我很dramatic，所以起了这个名字。
我好甜好乖的，一叫我的名字，就跑到你身边，然后找个地方坐好，你拍拍我，我就幸
福的打起小呼噜。我还很喜欢其他猫咪，如果你家里有猫咪想找伴，我最合适了，我会
照顾小猫咪，也和大猫咪合得来。
我不粘人，大部分时间很独立，只要你叫我的名字我才过来。带我回家吧～

went to there one week, we lived Hilton, although the price is only 130
dollars, cheap than other hotel, but Hilton has parking fee. they have no
internet,no free breakfast, no happy hour in the afternoon.
If possible, live in other hotel, like Marriot, they have free wi-fi,
parking, I do not know they have free breakfast or not.
Embassy suites is much better deal, although more expensive, but have very

发帖数: 4431 | 42 黄石公园，作为全美第一个国家公园，它的美是无与伦比的。至于游览多长时间为好，
根据自己的时间和兴趣，要想每个景点看一遍，至少要在里面玩三天。大部分旅行社的
线路安排都是一整天，走马观花，在几个著名景点前拍照留念，到此一游。每年的黄石
公园线路总是最受欢迎的，今年8月份的线路提前一个月就定满了。西雅图出发5天大巴
团，比起飞到盐湖城、洛杉矶、拉斯维加斯来参团有利有弊。好处是省心，从家门口出
发，5天后返回，不需要经过飞行、接机送机的麻烦，费用低很多；缺点就是，坐车时
间长。好在沿途停留的景点不少。
下面这个线路，是西雅图一帮爱好旅游的老外定的线路，大部分是单身，参团并交友，
线路比我们的长一倍，安排了更多的游玩项目。当然，他们的费用是我们的6倍！线路
供自驾游的朋友参考。

一直在犹豫要不要吃这个三日减肥餐，据说三天减6磅。
算了一下三天的热量摄入，第一天1250大卡，第二天900多，第三天780。
问版上各位，这个减肥法，要不要得？
附三日食谱如下。

Dinner: Mexican restaurant, quite a lot of chips, + 2 shrimps + salad + 1/4
cup of rice + 1/4 cup of beans - 600
Total: 2000
Exercised : hiking 1 mile - 100
