发帖数: 1003 | 1 看了mm的那个单子，其实以前也看过类似的但不如你这个详尽，去上breastfeeding
class的时候老师也发了宣传母乳好的资料，其中就有母乳比配方的成分多无数倍的对
比资料。我一个做生物的朋友跟我说母乳的成分多是毋庸置疑的，但是问题是人体的吸
收，其中很多元素是不能够被人体直接吸收的，除非这种元素先breakdown，但是
breakdown以后就不是那种元素了，宝贝吸收以后是不能自身再重新合成为原来那种元
素的。所以在看真正能吸收的元素的对比，这两个list就差不太多了。他说的比较专业
，我也没完全听懂，好像大致是这个意思。当然，他是做癌细胞研究的，不知道他能不
能算专业人士。我也不同意奶粉比母乳好这个观点，否则我自己也不用辛苦做背奶族。
只是觉得配方没有比母乳差太多，不用太纠结喂了一两顿配方，反正母乳留着继续喂不
要浪费了妈妈辛苦泵奶的成果就好了。 |

事情起因上周四和五，宝宝大便拉稀，老公认为我的母乳有问题，周六和周日坚持喂奶
粉，大便恢复正常了。
这个礼拜从一到五恢复母乳，大便颜色质地和量都正常。周末晚上想好好睡一觉，让老
公帮忙半夜喂宝宝。冰箱里有6瓶pump出来的母乳，老公却偏要冲奶粉喂。我起来pump
看到问他为什么不喂我pump出来的奶，人说喝点奶粉，补充一下微量元素。
宝宝出生在医院喝formula，回家后基本全胸喂。偶尔喂过几次医院带回来的液体奶，
都是他爸觉得要补充维生素，但其实一半是没喂多少就扔了。宝宝差三天满两个月，体
重长了4磅多，身高长了10厘米。
我就搞不懂为什么有人会觉得formula比母乳好，还微量元素！

overnight or tomorrow morning and open around 1230 tomorrow morning. then
there will be some dogmatic bid around that level. only to breakdown later
in the afternoon or maybe next monday. and from there we going straight down

并不想为你作"breakdown"，他可能觉得那是你的事. 但是B 比较滑头，他不想当面拒
绝你的要求，就随便敷衍你，你以为他答应了。然后他一转身就报告A他为你布置的任
务，这就是为什么A 清楚什么是你的任务，而没有责怪B. 你自始至终都没有跟A 和 B
在同一个page上. |

B滑头又懒。 你把别人敷衍的话但真了。你和B同样级别的话， 他不BREAKDOWN，你要
BREAKDOWN， 告诉B，你在做什么，他要做什么，就可以完成任务了。
你不确定的话，就问B和A。
没人TAKE OWNERSHIP，任务没完成， A只能就事论事了。
你要是人缘还OK的话，不要ARGUE，与A谈谈，这事你和B都没处理好，在工作分配中有
了误会，如何可以避免类似事发生而且你可以帮忙把工作尽快完成。TO ME， IT DOES

我觉得孩子能在一个足够好的中小学保持名列前茅，比在竞争最激烈的学校位居中下游
，对孩子的心理健康与自信心培养更加重要。
当初买在这里的另一考虑是族群。这个城市象湾区其他地方一样有足够多的华人，孩子
不会觉得自己是异类, 不会自卑。
But 学校里又不都是老中老印，竞争不会太激烈，是个可以平衡孩子幸福童年和学业的
好地方。
Further，也利于和其他族群交朋结友。除非你是天才，对多数人而言，与各种人打交
道的能力非常重要。

最新的报告是以减肥为目的锻炼以强度论英雄。
比如说你中慢速连续游１０００码，还不如１０X１００码高速breakdown.
我基本放弃用自由泳。没耐心和兴趣长时间做同一动作不太累那样游下去。不是很time
/cost-effieciency.
我现在每天游３０laps蝶泳，３０分钟完成。（２５／５０break down）
然后抓kickboard打水８laps
最后套上大号pulling paddle，垮下夹一浮筒，游自由泳2２５yard （１００／７５／
５０／２５breakdown）。

术上都不是同一个level的
如果单打的和双打的都breakdown，让一个人站在网前举着拍子拍苍蝇，总可以cover 1
/3的场地吧，剩下的这个就算永远呆在底线，也不该比单打的先breakdown。。。

转其他公司似乎没有说一定要Y啊。
我记得以前什么地方读到过ETICKET RECEIPT上每个SEGMENT的BREAKDOWN的价格，就是
那一段如果出了问题，要转其他公司的时候，给其他公司的OFFER价格。如果有其他公
司愿意收就转过去（不然的话，票价是从出发点到终点来定价的，为什么还要有个PER
SEGMENT的BREAKDOWN呢）。各位大牛知道的话看看我这么理解对不对。
我以前因为UA自己的原因飞机延误，我说我必须什么时候到目的地，他们就给我转到AS
去了。那时候走得急，结果直接就拿了BP进去了，没有重新在AS那里打印一个RECEIPT
看看，是不是我付给UA的价钱。 |

then drill down to one call, it takes like 5% of all time,
but below that, there is no more breakdown of the time, but I have the code
and know that it's further divided into other calls. why don't they show up?
I am using default filters for the capture rules.
on the other hand, if I enable tracing, then the time captured completely
does not make sense, it's all taken by .java.lang.Thread.run(), with no
breakdown at all... |

's internal rule) or both Compliance and SOX.
e.g. Company rule is reconciliation need to be done within 5 biz days. One
account rec was done on 7th biz day. I think this will be only a compliance
issue. why? Rec done on 7th biz days does not general additional risk on F/S
.
