就冲这个，也要吃好睡好锻炼好，不然以后哪有力气根他斗呢？

7：00起床，8：00背着大包出发。
今天上午坐火车先去离马德里（Madrid）不远的托莱多（Toledo）玩儿。
然后下午坐火车再回到马德里。
接着晚上再坐火车去巴塞罗那（Barcelona）。
由于是同一个火车站，所以把大背包寄存在火车站就好了。
坐地铁1号线4站地就到了 Atocha 火车站。
马德里有两个火车站，后面再过一个星期去塞哥维亚（Segovia）玩儿的时候会从
Chamartin 火车站坐车。
先寄存行李，中箱3.5欧元两个大背包都塞进去了。
然后在火车站的自动服务机打印火车票，没有英文，折腾了半天终于成功了。
最后看看时间还早，就在火车站里找个小咖啡厅 Autogrill Iberia 喝点咖啡3.1欧元。
然后坐9：20的火车，9：53到托莱多，非常准时。
托莱多火车站的建筑蛮有意思，有点伊斯兰的风格，也懒的照相。
出了火车站，上公共汽车，1.4欧元每人共2.8欧元去苏克德贝尔广场（Plaza de

技巧什麼的也應該把西餐的一併列出來才好比較
不查字典這裡有幾個人搞得清什麼是stew什麼是braise, 什麼是marinate什麼叫brine
啊?
好像有些人就是去過什麼outback之類的連鎖店, 然後覺得西餐不外如是, 高檔的沒吃
過, 自己又不會做. 喜歡不喜歡是個人愛好, 不過我還是會鄙視那些見識不廣但說話多
多的人.
還是算了, 跟大陸WSN討論這些東西就是對牛彈琴. |

昨日有媒体报道北京市外办联合“市民讲外语办公室”联合出版了《美食译苑——
中文菜单英文译法》一书，为全国2158道中餐饭菜英译名定出规范。
据了解，新出版的《美食译苑》涵盖了八大菜系的主流菜品，从家常菜到各式大餐
菜品都被收入并翻译成外国人能看懂的英文名称。这次取消了之前不少已有“洋名”的
部分菜品的翻译，而代之以新译法，或者采用简单的音译，或者根据食材、烹饪方法进
行意译。
比如“四喜丸子”，有的餐馆菜单早已将其译为“four glad meat balls(四个高
兴的肉团)”，北京市有关方面认为此译很生硬，虽然“颇有喜感”，但是严重不准确
，因此主张译作“Braised pork balls in gravy”，意思是“肉汤中炖的猪肉丸”。
北京有关方面专家举例说，“童子鸡”此前被翻译成Chicken without sex(还没有
性生活的鸡)，不仅不雅，而且语义不确。在民间，童子鸡又被称为“春鸡”，结合英
