我一直不明白这两个诊断究竟有什么不同呢？
我最近有个病人是COLON RESECTION 之后，因为 small bowel obstruction再次入院，
之后是NGT + LIS ， 一直有观察KUB，一开始是small bowel obstruction， 后来是
AIR FILLED LOOPS MORE LIKELY ileus,医生就给他出院了，病人肚子还是很涨的。好
像ileus要比 BOWEL OBSTRUCTION 好一点啊，究竟有什么不同呢？请各位指点，谢谢！ |

亮点。医生建议做羊穿，可我已经21weeks啦，总归是有风险的，不知道各位姐妹们有

by neurotransmitter dysregulation in the gut. It is as if someone's gut is
having anxiety attack. There is no quick, easy cure for IBS. Symptom
control is the mainstay of treatment at this point. Many researching are
currently ongoing in this field.
Overall, this is an annoying problem, but usually does not cause long term
consequence on health.

昨天做了大B超，收获小棉袄一件，很开心。把包子也都发光了。
宝宝基本健康，但是有两个问题，一个是有心脏白点（这个倒是很常见）；另外一个是
肠子看起来比较亮（echogenic bowel），怕跟唐氏综合症有关。
我没有做早期的糖筛检查，昨天抽血做了检查（很早就预约好的）；
鉴于这两个问题，OB给推荐到高危专家那里去，又给预约了两周以后做高清晰B超。
OB一再强调问题不大，让我们不要担心，多做检查是为了以防万一；
还是有点担心，继续求祝福，希望宝宝一切都好。 |

是Down syndrome，viral infection， 或者囊泡纤维， 感觉都很严重的样子。羊穿，
我实在不想做，因为baby现在动的很厉害，可是不做，心里又很忐忑，不知道怎么办？ |

update一下，我后来犹豫了很久还是做了羊穿，结果一切正常，没有问题。但是由于
ecogenic bowel还是存在，我现在每个月都要做大B超，看宝宝各个方面的生长因子是
不是正常，但愿宝宝健康平安，一切正常吧。

bowel endoscopy.两个procedure,于是账单也就比预期高了不少。不知道这种情况正常

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人

，另一支和过敏啥的相关；这两分支相互平衡。最近有报道有人在过敏还是哮喘患者体

帮贴一下基本的病人的教育材料，反复感染是很有可能的。勤用肥皂洗手，
补充益生菌能够预防。

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住

但是我自己诊断是坐骨神经痛，但是病因不详。只是症状和网上很像，从腰部开
始痛到大腿，小腿外侧一直到脚背，麻痛感。夜里疼痛感加重。我是时轻时重。我现在
找到了一种可以缓解疼痛的睡姿就是把腿抬起来。我也担心这种睡姿会对健康不利。
德州版貌似潜水的人很多，不知道谁有这方面的治疗经验，不管中医西医还是保健偏分

美国《泌尿学杂志》最近登了“肖氏手术”在美国首批9个病人试验的结果，同时
刊登了两篇负面的编辑评论。特别指出该结果与肖传国所说的在中国的成功结果不符，
缺乏对照组，结果无统计学意义、自相矛盾，某些病人出现的改善可能是别的原因引起
的，该手术应该只用于探索性研究，如果迅速用于临床会有巨大的危险。

主人说她们fully potty trained。后来聊到具体的作息，主人说，每早出去，然后每
天go 2-3 次。那我上班去了，怎么办呢？主人说现在是老先生一个人带，早上给每狗
上饭，吃不完就放那里给她们随时去吃。这是不是go次数较多的原因？还是小狗就是这
样？我还以为成年狗可以hold住一天，是这样吗？没养过狗狗，请大家多指教。

irritable bowel syndrome patient 很多年了。每天吃个coconut macaroon 就好了，
我还看了网上有用coconut 治 irritable bowel syndrome 的便秘，拉肚子，gas, 胀
气的。看你的症状象irritable bowel syndrome, 挺不好治的。试试着个。然后讲讲结
