了电话给医生，刚好是我的医生值班，让我去了l&d, monitor了有近三个小时，查了尿
和宫颈口，说没有看到异常，就让我走了，可我总觉得是因为monitor在我肚子上位置
放得不对，然后昨天拼命喝水，可是夜里4点又开始了，而且持续了20分钟，过了一个
小时又来一次，打了电话给医生，是别的人，说是正常，因为子宫在生长，说bladder
or bowel movement都会引起，会持续几天，然后过一两个月再出现。非常担心，太对
不起宝宝了，她还那么小，能经受住这么频繁的宫缩吗？为什么我的子宫这么易激惹？

发帖数: 293 | 10 上周做了大B超，做完还高高兴兴的，今天看到一个Kaiser的miss call，知道一定有坏
消息，赶紧打过去，说了个半天，其他的还好，但脑部有点积水还是什么的，又说有"
bright bowel"，是不是肠子上有白点的意思？说如果两项单独出现的话，可以不用担
心，但同时发现的话，就要请high risk的医生做level 2 的detailed ultrasound。
我的血液检查for Down syndrome, Edward syndrome是low risk，但估计还是要做羊穿
了。
很担心，这个宝宝命比较苦，最早说是空囊泡，现在又是这。。这才不到21周，还有一
半孕期要怎么熬。求好心人祝福，bless我这可怜的宝宝健康成长！还请有经验的jm们

我不太清楚大B超的意思，感觉19-20周做的比较详细的B超好像就是。
刚刚医生发了个fact sheets，这两个term原来是 "Choroid plexus cysts"和“
Echogenic bowel"，有没有jm了解这两个abnormal findings?

子处看到很多亮点。可能就是楼主说的bright bowel.今天帮我order了maternit21
plus 测试，说是一种新的测基因问题的技术，不知道有没有姐妹们做过。结果要1-2周
出来。希望一切顺利。
其实这是我的第二个宝宝。怀第一个宝宝的时候一点问题都没有。没想到这一次居然..

最近我做了很多research，Echogenic bowel或肠管回声增强只是一种超声表现，会发
生在约1%的正常pregnancy中，跟某些基因病（21三体，18三体)有点关联，所以叫soft
marker的一种，如果只是单纯的回身增强，其他的都正常的话，稍微排除一下21三体
，18三体就行了，我是觉得不用太担心。不过医生肯定是小心起见的，而且会B超跟踪
复查的。
这个maternit21我没做，因为肠管扩张跟回声增强不是一回事，虽然两者可以并存，但
前者比后者严重而且少见得多，所以我直接做羊穿了，除了筛查常见基因病，还要查感
染性疾病(TORCH)，才过四天，还要慢慢等。

医生只是说看到亮点，我也不知道怎么回事，就做了那个maternit21的测试。后来看了
mm的贴子才猜想可能是echogenic bowel。
现在等结果，要8-10天。和楼主一起加油，希望我们的测试结果都是好的。只要我们有
信心，宝宝一定会健健康康的！

也是潜水考版人之一，今年意外怀孕，宝宝现在状况不好，觉得今年match大概没戏，
明年再努力。帖子发在这里，是希望有好心人可以给些建议或意见，帮一下我还在肚子
里的宝宝，看我现在该怎么办。
之前的帖子都发在宝宝版，简单说一下，13周时产前B超说都正常，19周大B超说有
echogenic bowel（肠道强回声） & Choroid Plexus Cysts（CPC,脉络丛囊肿）, 21周
复查看到肠管扩张，CPC变小， 马上做羊穿，所有的结果：染色体检查，TORCH感染，
Cystic Fribosis 都是阴性。前天25周+做复查B超，肠道已扩张到2.5cm（最大内径）
，长度没告诉我，也忘了问。上次说是小肠扩张，这次说是大肠，胃泡正常（排除十二

在这里潜水一阵，发现亚洲人被怀疑是T21的比例很高，在early scan 和 anatomy
scan的时候对于是否T21有个chart，如下：

发帖数: 495 | 23 预产期是23号，第一胎，19号检查时宝宝以入盆，但没有开指没有软化，ob让第二天早
上到医院催产，具体原因他说的也很模糊，可能是想他值班时接生吧。20号催产一天，
21号下午3点多宝宝出生。催产时宫缩基本上可以忍，可水破后非常疼痛，立刻要了
epidural。 如果有下次我会提前要，不要等到不行时才叫麻醉师，万一人家有别的病
人排在前面就惨了。我的麻药打的不是特别好，一边无感觉，一边稍稍能有一些感觉。
护士建议让麻醉师来加一针，可是我拒绝了，心想有点感觉也好，免得到时候不会用力
。大概push了40分钟，其中好几次宝宝心跳比较低，我就吸点氧气休息不用push，所以
总共也没push太多次宝宝就出来了，7.7lb，做了中切。中切和侧切的区别我也不懂，
ob说中切没那么疼，总之到时候也没得选，相信ob就是了。觉得催产挺好的，一切都准
备妥当，不会手忙脚乱，也不用每天为了生产顺利继续暴走了。
Push的心得
我要生之前每次上大号都提醒自己说一定要记住这个感觉，免得到时候打了麻药不知道
怎么push。每次宫缩时，深吸一口气，然后护士会数10秒产妇憋住气用力，十秒后换气

怀孕时听了太多太多周边同事同学的产经，非常的两极化，要不然是非常艰难的多少小
时，最后顺转剖，要不就是到医院3-4个小时一切搞定，麻药都来不及上，最夸张的还
有生在车里的。当时就一直想着，自己要求不高，差不多就行：）后来发现果然如此，
不算太轻松，但还算顺利。另外一个体会就是之前太多的准备都是为了缓解宫缩，对
Push的准备太少了，所以整整push了3个小时，还险些vaccum甚至剖。
我的生产timeline:
37周产检：未开指，50%软化
38周产检：未开指，50%软化
39周产检：开一点点，OB协助开指；当天下午有褐色分泌物，第二天mucus plug掉了
40周产检(40w+1)：开1指；OB再次帮忙开指；主动要求走了胎心监护和b超，胎心正常
，有感觉不到的假性宫缩；b超估计宝宝大小6磅多。当天下午又有褐色分泌物。
40w+2：
- 凌晨:1:30点上床睡觉，第一次感觉到有点Painful的后腰疼，疑似宫缩。
- 白天：早中晚三顿和老公出去遛弯；一直有宫缩，但是无论强度和频率都没有加强，

My experience about the baby constipation is trying not to let it go for
several days. Make sure your baby has bowel movement everyday. Taking
benefiber and diluted prune juice daily, eating a lot of beans(try to find
those low salt can beans), cutting down those cheese product if necessary.

基本思想：冰冻三尺，非一日之寒。要每天都有bowel movement。如果已经慢性便秘，
需要laxative， 好像他们用的就是Miralax。然后长期坚持使用，再慢慢减量。定点坐

He was seen by his pediatrian, but, bowel test was (-).
So, his pediatrian did not given him any medicine.
we got medicine from china as friend came back the following week.
Be careful, US doctors are not familier with roundworm.
One pt got it, he was hospitaled twice for pain. He got the treatment after
his mom told doctor since he go back china many times.
So, guys if you go back china and eat lots chinese snack.
Have some round warm medician at home.
