bookkeeping.最基本的是它.也是最重要的基礎工夫.大概花了一年時間.就不用
再去碰了.因為就是會了就好.不像Tax or Audit.比較要長時間去進修,沒有個
三四年可能還是不行.但是做bookkeeper跟finance沒什麼關係.Audit會關係
多一些.但是,bookkeeping做的好.Audit也會做很好.因為東西怎麼來的都熟了.
要東西起來很快.做documentation也很快.Tax是最重要的生財工具,對Local CPA firm
來說.所以老板不太想教你.都是得自己掏錢去修課的.因為很懂Tax的話,收入會多很多
很多.簽一份公司的tax return大概兩千到四千不等,一天或兩天就可以做一份出來.開
firm基本上沒問題. |

The offered position is Auditor, but the prevailing wage is 4k higher than
my salary if I use category "Accountant /Auditor". That's why I'm thinking
to use category"Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks" which has a
lower prevailing wage. |

1. Depreciation recap
2. Payroll reconciliation
3. Interest expense capitalization/allocation
4. Sec 263A
5. Gain/loss on sale of fixed assets (sec 1231/1245/1250)

同时，这样的话，CPA还是没有相关经验，拿不到license。
惟一的希望是，似乎可以办H1B，但也只能是Part-time的，所以工资很低。
