美国会计留学生，抽中H1b，工作不顺利，要不要回国？（有更新）
之前有发在北美微论坛上过，有人让我也发到这边试试。
后面有更新 11/17：
比较长，恳请大家耐心看完给我点建议，谢谢啦～
1. 背景：女，国内双非财经院校本科，考完12门ACCA，之后来美国念会计研究生，考
完AICPA，已拿到CPA license。
2. 现状：2018年研究生毕业后，一方面想试下能不能抽中H1b，另一方面也想攒一年工
作经验申请CPA license，决定在美国呆一段时间。虽然大家都说会计好找工作，但那
是对有绿卡或者公民而言的，现在连四大都不sponsor new graduate了。找了好久后在
一家华人老板的会计师事务所工作，给抽H1b。过程有多艰辛下文会写，好在2019年运
气比较好，一次就抽中且approve了。又熬了半年终于在10月H1b正式开始后可以换工作
了。本以为有了H1b换工作应该不难，办个transfer就行，不用再抽签。结果发现会计

这个就不用说了 -- 免得老担心IRS找上门。
2. 省钱。
生意小，特别是小护士，claim车的mileage，计算机，utility，电话什么的之后，十
有八九是亏本，IRS还得倒找钱给你。
生意大的，不报的风险太大，交点税反而避免因为被查到而受重罚。其结果也是省钱。
3. 省力。
打算报税的，平时bookkeeping就做好了，不会等到报税时临时焦头乱额的。 |

有网友来信取经，也有网友“求包养”，我建议是，要赚大钱，需要永远不满足现状。
辞职前我已经做了一段海外代购，每天在各个网站找deal挣buffet钱。3个月后发现这
种低技术含量的操作可以外包（找护士干），自己收货打包就行，过了一个月的探索，
认为可以做drop ship, 连打包时间也省了，至此荣升成“神医”；一开始还自己追包
裹，可是当时还在上班，时间不够，索性提拔了一个细心的护士做各种bookkeeping和
追踪包裹。空闲时间多了，脑袋里想的都是我不可能一辈子做神医，发货利润越来越低
，资金占用越来越大(和国人做生意拖欠很厉害)，还经常在海关的淫威下给海关送礼（
罚没）。经过思考开始发掘非华人顾客，很快重点关照非华人批发商。这些客商都是先
款后货，风险外嫁了，占自己资金也少了。然后我的老毛病继续发作：整天收罗这些品

请问类似这种直接打印条形码，有什么需要注意的吗？下周出去玩。。。准备去路上所
有的HD试一遍

我基本没管 401k，看来transaction costs 是active managed funds 自己内部产生的。
对照的 平均401k 费用是0.32% for low-cost 401k investors.

Extract the n/3 and 2n/3'th elements from each row.
You have altogether 2n elements. Do a pivot operation
(refer to qsort for details), and by some clever bookkeeping,
you can determine whether your target value is in
the first, middle or the last n/3 elements in each row.
So basically speaking, you pay O(2n) time, but you trim your
size by 1/3. Solving this recursion gives a linear time
search!

1.四大的internship一般都是明年夏天5月份开始的吗？对于毕业时间都有很严格的规
定吗？
2.假如给了明年summer的internship offer,实习结束后如果自己能有幸被转成full
time的话，能够从明年9月份马上开始工作吗？
3.像我这种情况申请intern还是full time的成功几率大些？
4.听说四大好像为了紧缩开支，不从外面招full time了，都是内部吸收把intern，是
