就能一天看20个病人还能赚四十万美金，相差一倍。而且加州还有10%的州税，德州没
有州税。
你说这怎么可能？ 这就要从加州和德州的差别说起了。
蓝州吵着要全民医疗，要给三百万非法移民免费医疗，结果尼，穷得要命，又还喜欢发
福利，大政府，就钱少的可怜。加州的medicaid的病人，一个月给他们的家庭医生才十
美金，病人不管去家庭医生看病多少次，都是只给十美金。所以医生都不收medicaid.
结果病人都只能去公立医院，一个家庭医生APPOINTMENT要等半年，专科要等一年。真
要有病，早就死了。公立医院的急诊平均等待时间18个小时，比起私立医院的8个小时
基本是两倍以上，有的时候公立医院急诊等两天两夜都不稀奇。这种免费医疗压根没有
任何的质量可言。听起来，很好听，很高大上，免费医疗，其实压根就是要命。蓝州很
多医生，一天看五十个病人，累死累活，也赚不了几个钱，还要把一半的收入拿去缴税
，养懒人还有大政府的腐败。加州监狱里面的犯人看病不要钱，连治疗丙肝的一个疗程

bite. :-)

几种错误的思路：
- 想简历里已经写了，你不会自己看啊。 （啥都甭说了，自己给俺发个包子吧）
- 跟刚才那个人说了一遍了，有完没完啊。（。。。排队发包子去吧）
- 我叫张三，生于1979年啊那是一个春天~~ （没有信息量~）
- 我XX学校，XX专业，XXGPA，在公司ABC工作过，一个阳光灿烂的日子来了美国，喜欢
吃饭睡觉打豆豆 （比前面几个好多了，不过。。简历里已经写了，人家不会自己看啊）
自我介绍应该是一鸣惊人、一针见血、毕其功于一役的，自我介绍完了，基本上offer
与否已经决定了的。人就是很微妙的会追随第一印象，这是游戏规则，没办法的。还好
，这个问题可以准备到。
向做管理的人自我介绍，要突出自己的个人品质：
我是XX专业的PhD，读PhD这件事情本身啊，就说明了我是个什么样的人。
- 我非常motivated，自己给自己订立高目标严要求，never settle for anything
less;

看了芙蓉的减肥照片和凤姐的励志围脖，也想来跟个励志潮流。满版上都是google
amazon facebook，搞得不是编程熟手不会脑筋急转弯就没好工作似的。 俺来贴个BSO

先低调的说一下amazon经历。amazon给俺发信三四次，要求俺去面试，没理。HR打电话
过来说为啥不理，俺说你们招聘职位太entry level，没兴趣。HR说那给你找个高层次
点的职位。过两天打电话来，说有个高级程序员的活，能不能给我们的hiring manager
一个向你展示我们项目产品的机会。俺心想，说得好听，还不是又要问那种脑筋急转弯
问题，反正答不出，没必要耽误时间。于是很彪悍的告诉她，不想搬家去西雅图。 HR
说俺们给钱relocate，俺表示钱不能收买俺，不能改变俺对农村生活的热爱。于是HR终

biting into the the wall. Wall is not tatsty and kids are not curious enough
to bite it off.
For an old house, there may be many layers of paint since the 1970s when the
lead paint was banned. You should be okay in most situation.
If you are still unsure, the best way to address the situation is to add new
drywalls. It is actually less costly then trying to remove all these layers

fwiw, the dogs aren't as bad as the cats, sorry not a cat person. But dogs
bite on everything, by the end of their lease, you may find some dog bites
on the door/window frames. That is what you have to deal with the tenants
situation. |
