room to argue for compensation. However, if the dog has been known for
biting people, the owner has the responsibility to keep the dog from biting
people again. In that case, sue the owner.

We are in a mountain town. We don't go to trail in forests in spring or
early summer. I think ticks are more active/deers are close to human
activity area at that time.
Once you get bite, ask doctors to remove the whole tick (this is extrimely

into the holes.

Will this method work?
I am thinking of removing the stump this weekend cause I didn't see

方。
买些TOM CAT之类的BITE STATION，用石板压牢，藏在院子周边，河边等老鼠出没地段
，每隔一周去检查，如果饵料被吃光了就重新加料，过一段时间再换个地方，关键是要
把附近老鼠都端了。可以多换几种饵料，还可以把粒装的扔到洞里深处。BITE STATION
可以确保不会误杀其他动物和宠物，公共区域要偷偷的放，藏起来，还要压住，否则会
被其他动物搬走，不要误杀臭鼬浣熊老鹰之类，这些PREDATOR是老鼠的天敌。可以多买
几个牌子饵料适合老鼠各种口味需求。
饵料的原理是缓释药性的硼砂，老鼠会搬回去储存，吃了几天之内都安然无恙，然后都
吃了，就都那个了。估计你得放个几个月到半年就能把周边地区的都干掉，以后就是常
年在房子周围放一些BITE STATION。
另外老鼠一定有进入房子的通道，检查每一个细小的地方，喷膨胀泡沫堵缝隙。家里不
要放毒药，放小的TRAP，一只只捉出去。
有时进门出门稍微门关的慢个几十秒，就可以钻进来动物，车库里常年放TRAP，尽量不
要故意开车库门。

我刚才又把toddler biting的网页看了一遍，这些网页都大同小异，说toddler biting
是一个比较common的现象，一般发生在孩子1-3岁，是一个passing phase，也就是会
outgrow的意思。
然后文章会分析biting的原因可以家长老师处理的办法。这里不一一详述。
所以说这个“小孩咬人比较常见，最后一般都会outgrow”的说法确实是一个公认的事
实，你去google随随便便都可以找到很多reference，northbeach你有意见可以跟人家
专家提去啊。
至于只提这个statement，不提对孩子咬人怎么教育怎么阻止这当然是不对的。但是你
也承认了，你当时跟人家吵架不是因为人家没有提，而是你看见人家说了这句话，就盯
着这句话跟人急了。

这个周末是明州的Walleye opener
和Hyperbear和bearcat约好一起去南边的Prior lake的一个钓点试试运气
一大早4点多
闹钟还没有响我就醒了
收拾好渔具
5点准时出门
6点左右来到钓点——一个小桥下
看着天气还比较阴
我就先拿Tube出来试试有没有bass
啪
第一杆下去就有bite
拉回来一看
一条8”左右的大嘴
虽然不大
不过算是个不错的开始吧
接下来10分钟里
上了5条8”左右的大嘴
这里的大嘴咋都这么小啊…
看到附近又来了几个越南人
去打了个招呼问了问
他们说这里有不少crappie
于是开始换CM
没有大大嘴
咱换小可爱皮还不行么!
可惜cast了一会
一个bite都没有
看了看周围的越南人
好像也没有怎么上鱼
心里很安慰

本来打算能上两条walleye
结果是只能和可爱皮交了交手
这个星期是bass opener了
这回不能再像上次那么窝囊了
于是一大早4点半起床
5点不到出发 5点10分到达大坝
天刚蒙蒙亮
停车场里只有一辆车
来到坝下的浅滩处
发现最近的水又大了很多
把整个石头滩都淹没了
旁边已经有3-4个人了
于是我站在旁边的水泥平台上开钓
开始的10来分钟
什么bite都没有
快到5点半左右
太阳开始出来了
小嘴也开始活跃了
乓
鱼线突然一紧
上鱼了!
还这么大劲
应该是一条不小的小嘴
拉上来一看
大概16"左右
不错不错
好的开始是成功的一半
下一杆
又有bite
上来一条13"左右的小嘴
没过两杆
又是一条不错的northern
看来今天运气不错啊

发帖数: 559 | 36 昨晚在小区外散步的时候被邻居家的狗咬了，当时狗主人在离狗30米远的地方，off
leash，狗就向我冲过来，朝脚踝就是一口。伤口大概1cm左右，4个牙印，流血但是很
快就止住了。被咬之后我马上去了ER，打了一针tetanus。自己付了copay 300刀。后续
账单不知道什么时候会寄到。
回来查了一下，发现德州有one bite rule,first bite is free. 而这只狗之前是没有
伤人记录的，也就是说狗主人可以不付责任，但是off leash也是违法的，而且狗主人
距离比较远，完全没制止狗的行为 （估计他当时也不知道狗咬我了）。
我现在的问题是
1）我没有医生的refer就去了ER，不知道insurance会不会cover ER的钱？如果
insurance cover我估计费用应该不多，如果不cover，估计肯定上千。我打了
insurance的电话他们说需要时间evaluate。。大家知道时间要多长吗？问insurance
company他们什么都说case by case.
2）dog owner给我感觉很不友好，被狗咬的时候他就一副无所谓的样子，我当时只要了

发帖数: 171 | 42 前一段机子down了，许久没有来渔坛泡，怎么芝村大佬们一个也见不到了？都等着秋伐
呢？发个渔讯振奋一下士气----秋天这拨真的来了。
时间：9月12日6:00~8:00PM。
地点：Fox River, Illinois。
天气：晴，70F，无风。
Fish: Smallmouth bass
Lure: Rapala Original Floater (Gold)
从家里出来的很晚，6点才到达预定战场；先下个竿沉底，6:05持另一竿开始在浅水区
wading；6:07第一次bite，从此至7:23放弃wading共有11次bite，上10条鱼，破个人
smallmouth最大纪录，smallmouth一次渔获量最重纪录，和今年钓鱼最好收成。请看以

有点厌倦了与smallmouth fight，7:25起专心于沉底竿钓catfish，这样在黑暗中等待
到8:30，没有一个bite。撤退回家。

发帖数: 493 | 43 下了两天雨，今天是个大晴天。好长时间没有淡水钓了，实在不能忍了，早上提着杆子
就去了最近的一个小湖。
湖里的鱼一直很少，而且bass通常躲在岸边的水草中。可是现在水草已经过于茂盛，根
本就放不进钩子。于是只能抱着试试看的心态甩了甩Spinnerbait。没想到甩了没一会
儿就是一个大bite，我马上set hook，诚惶诚恐的慢慢溜，生怕它跑了。终于抄了起
来，16+"，已经是我在这里钓起来的最大的bass了。
不过这一条之后就没有了bite，于是换用蚯蚓钓bluegill，两个小时居然大大小小上了
30多条，keep了较大的10条，走人。今天回去不会被老婆骂了，呵呵！
不过我一直觉得这bluegill与redear没有什么区别，除了后者耳朵有一点红红的。
看来秋bite开始了，得赶紧了，呵呵 |

会倒霉成这样啊，咋鱼都跑你那去了，不瞒您说，我入冬以来都已经有10次出发全部统
统没有一次bite，每次大约2个小时左右。得考虑换工作，离开西雅图了，冬天太郁闷了
。昨天就去了，2个小时还是没有一次bite，用了蚯蚓，用了鱼肉，用了假饵，以前夏
天上鱼得钓法统统试过去，就是没bite，冬天有什么找钓点得诀窍吗？还有bait是不是
不好用了？ |

发帖数: 2931 | 45 大牛啊，冬天还这么高产。Perch在我这好像绝迹了，温度才40－50F啊，真tnnd得没法
度过这个冬季。好想念夏天时可以有每天拉不完得perch。perch最好买个刮鱼鳞得工具
，新鲜的红烧还是不错的，比carp，或是sucker，还有shad等烂鱼好多多了。
请教一下，冬天怎么找钓点，感觉平时夏天上鱼的地方就是没bite，还有冬天是不是用
bait基本没戏？我用了蚯蚓，鱼肉，虾肉，假饵用了spinner，laser minnow，rapala等
等等等，统统没用，就是没bite，他他妈的就是没bite。tip up是什么技术，能给讲讲

昨天刚发的，发现了自己心中的鲈湖，

今天心有不甘继续去战斗，终于有所斩获！第一次弄到了够keep size的大嘴。
第一次bite：
咬得非常剧烈，没有任何前戏，直接把线往深水区大力拉拽，我刚开始set hook的时候
就感觉到非
常大的张力，然后。。。突然一下，力没了，竟然。。是把我的钩子直接带走了，只拉
回来空空的
线。当时就想抽自己两个嘴巴，打结这种最基本的技术没练好。
第二次bite：
更有戏剧性。。。。感觉咬钩并不明显，等了一两秒，还是压低杆子收线猛挑。阻力非
常大，注意，
是阻力，不是第一次bite那种主动线被拉走的感觉。自己一边想着是不是挂着水草了，
一边开始往
回，猛收。就看着水下一大坨水草跟着我过来了，阻力非常非常大。。。都是在玩着命
往回拽。到离
岸边还有三四米的时候看见那一大坨水草内部有非常大的动静，翻转腾挪，心里大喜，
是个活物啊！
再往回继续拉，惊住了，竟然是个直径大概半米的巨型乌龟。。。。马上手上拉线 |

和Hyperbear和bearcat约好一起去南边的Prior lake的一个钓点试试运气
一大早4点多
闹钟还没有响我就醒了
收拾好渔具
5点准时出门
6点左右来到钓点——一个小桥下
看着天气还比较阴
我就先拿Tube出来试试有没有bass
啪
第一杆下去就有bite
拉回来一看
一条8”左右的大嘴
虽然不大
不过算是个不错的开始吧
接下来10分钟里
上了5条8”左右的大嘴
这里的大嘴咋都这么小啊…
看到附近又来了几个越南人
去打了个招呼问了问
他们说这里有不少crappie
于是开始换CM
没有大大嘴
咱换小可爱皮还不行么!
可惜cast了一会
一个bite都没有
看了看周围的越南人
好像也没有怎么上鱼
心里很安慰
嗯
看来不是因为俺技术不行啊
呵呵
没过多久beartcat夫妇到了
在顺风的另外一个桥墩下开钓了
我又钓了几条小大嘴以后
换了CM过去他们的那个钓点看一看能不能有些啥新鲜货色
还没cast几杆
就有了一个bite
拉回来一看
OMG!
居然是一条不错的可爱皮
当时还没有觉得怎么样
只是让bearcat装在他的鱼篓里面了

本来打算能上两条walleye
结果是只能和可爱皮交了交手
这个星期是bass opener了
这回不能再像上次那么窝囊了
于是一大早4点半起床
5点不到出发 5点10分到达大坝
天刚蒙蒙亮
停车场里只有一辆车
来到坝下的浅滩处
发现最近的水又大了很多
把整个石头滩都淹没了
旁边已经有3-4个人了
于是我站在旁边的水泥平台上开钓
开始的10来分钟
什么bite都没有
快到5点半左右
太阳开始出来了
小嘴也开始活跃了
乓
鱼线突然一紧
上鱼了!
还这么大劲
应该是一条不小的小嘴
拉上来一看
大概16"左右
不错不错
好的开始是成功的一半
下一杆
又有bite
上来一条13"左右的小嘴
没过两杆
又是一条不错的northern
看来今天运气不错啊
嘿嘿
接下来又上了一条小嘴
不过因为太小直接release了
再没过多久
又有一个bite
我还以为又是一条小嘴
结果拉上来一看
居然是一条walleye!
不过才7-8"...
看了几眼以后
依依不舍的release了
接下来的半个小时又上了3条小嘴

又中STOMACH FLU
上吐下写，翻江倒海
干脆请了天病假
休息了好一会
驱车回大本营
吃过清淡晚餐
下定决心要开光BC
于是只带根BC开往河边
其实在MD用BC上过第一条
小得只比KVD CRANK大一点
先扔TW的贼贵的软饵
有BITE，
唉，等这饵开光不知道还要等到何时
贵不一定好用！
LURE钓人比钓鱼厉害！
念头一闪
挂上搁置N年的LASER MINNOW
有BITE
但看样子还要等N年
这饵才能上个鱼
再上黄绿RAPALA
有强烈BITE
感觉对BC还不太适应
没SET住，跑老
难道是鱼太小了？！
立马换上价廉物美的BPS秘密LURE
下去就中这条骚扰半天的小鱼
虽然很小
但还是得立此存照BC杆的第一条
没有最小，只有更小....-_-!!!
对新近的JIG HEAD很满意
但价格也贵不少......
对BC投掷又有新的感觉
没有鸟巢出现，孰能生巧
多练是王道！ |
