but, the time to finish the approval process is not correlated to the
easiness of approval.

今晚在ebay上卖了一张30刀的target gift card, winning bidder出了31刀，但是这人
账户是4天前建立的，没有任何评价。而且地址上没有street number,只写了是宾州某
地区的某条街。
这个是不是scam? 如果收到通过paypal付的款，把东西寄出去的话，还会不会有风险？
难道我要一直等着他/她付钱，再转卖其他人之前，还要Open a case in our
Resolution Center（根据ebay的help)？有什么办法能取消交易的么？
btw，bidding一结束，我就已经给他发了invoice了。他目前没有任何回复。

每次在法庭，几乎看不到华人，全是黑人墨西哥人和白人。
凡是能用钱来解决的事情，我不会生气，会把它看做一个生意，投入多少，回报多少，风险多
少，成功几率多少，然后做出判断。
和法官交流，西装领带，不带emotion，清除明白叙说事情经过，偶尔合适机会煽情一点点。法
官没有兴趣这种小案子来看你泪一把，鼻涕一把的。

心了。
可那谁谁以各种理由不交定金或拖延，这种情况怎么治？
如果拖个几天，那第二名第三名都早转移战线了吧。卖家agent需要重新list？
所以卖家agent有风险？碰到像楼上需要咨询律师back out的买家，卖家只能干瞪眼吗 |

to win the bid. The prices they offered are not consistent with each other.
If GOOG ever wants to win, they would be much more serious about the bidding
prices, the strategy, and message conveyed through offering prices.

The biggest disadvantage that I think is not the title. Since most the lien
